  Our stay at this hotel started with a disastrous welcome. A man in his 60s greeted us upon arrival. He started speaking German to us, even though we repeatedly told him in English that we didn’t understand. He became rude and refused to communicate with us. Instead, two young men showed us the way to our room.The room we were given was unacceptable. The view was facing piles of garbage, it smelled bad and felt very unclean. After about two days, the entire room started to smell like sewage. We contacted the reception, and they said someone would come and check it. After about 1.5 hours, a person came and told us that it smells like that throughout the whole hotel.The air conditioning in the first room barely worked, and the mini fridge was not functioning either.Another issue was that our room was cleaned despite us having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which felt very disrespectful and uncomfortable.After some back and forth, we were eventually moved to the main building.Another issue was the overall atmosphere — no one really talks to you or makes you feel welcome. There was no friendly or warm feeling at all.During breakfast, we also saw cats jumping onto the buffet and eating directly from the food, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable.The food itself was good, and the cleaners and chefs were friendly, but that’s about it. However, the hotel advertises food availability 24/7, which was not true during our stay.We were also surprised that certain spots on the beach required extra payment, and the à la carte restaurant was not included either — something we have never experienced at other five-star hotels in Turkey. Even the in-room safe cost an additional 2 euros per day.I would not recommend this hotel to others, especially if you don’t speak Turkish or German.

  Where to start.. non of the staff speak English or even to try communicate with you, most of them are all very rude. (Except the cleaners & maids) But will make an effort with Russians and Germans.. Our room was cleaned everyday no problems.All the drinks watered down taste discusting even the coffee, beer cocktails are discusting, food bland willDefinitely be worth going back slimmer.Theres nothing do when you leave hotel just dump outside.Hotel and pools are lovely just shame the staff, drinks and food let it down. Really put me off turkey.

  It's the second time coming back with my family. We like it very much. The stuff is very pleasant and helping when need it. Location is very quiet, room was cleaned often and very well done. The sea was good for children to swim. A very good animation team and funny. We enjoyed it.

  Where do I startOn arrival we was greeted by reception that never spoke a word of English. We was asked to stay in family room although we had booked 2 rooms. We were treated terribly cos we refused to take the room. After finally getting the 2 rooms we were taking to a run down room with wall paper hanging off the walls and no air con. None of us slept all night cos of the temperature of the room. When I went to reception again no one spoke English. I spoke to the manager after I downloaded an interpreter app. He said he would get the air con fixed. No one arrived to do it. I just gave up. The hotel is run down. The staff are rude. The pool area is nice and the entertainment staff nice. The food is average . The drinks are watered down. Please do not waste your money coming here as you will regret it I promise you.Everything here is in need of repair and refurbishment

  I stayed at Sultan of Dreams with the hope of enjoying a relaxing holiday, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.Housekeeping was extremely inconsistent – one day they’d come around 9 AM, the next day, not until after 5 PM. The worst part? Sheets were never changed, toilet paper wasn’t restocked, and to my shock, the sheet on the very first day had a blood stain. That was DISGUSTING.One day, water started leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. I called reception, only to find that no one spoke English. They generally don't know any languages besides Turkish. After struggling for a few minutes, they finally passed me to someone who spoke Russian and promised a technician would come. No one ever showed up. Thankfully, the water stopped on its own.The drinks – coffee, juice, cocktails, lemonade – were all incredibly watered down. You can clearly taste and see it's at least 70% water, they pour it in frontof you. That’s not what you expect from an all-inclusive resort.The last straw for me was on the last day: while clearing our table, a waiter took my S Pen, likely mistaking it for a drink stick. I didn’t notice immediately, but when I did and went to ask her about it, she didn’t understand what I meant and just said she saw nothing. I didn’t push further, assuming it had already been thrown away. And I am not the type of the person who would make her go through trash, I just gave up.Sadly, despite the nice facilities, the poor service, lack of professionalism, and communication barriers made this stay more stressful than enjoyable. I would not return or recommend it unless significant improvements are made.
