  Not 4 star for sure but a whole lot better than the previous hell-hole they had us in. Yusuf, the gentleman at the pool was lovely and happy to help. Food was ok but the same everyday with people gathered around like there would be none left, the plates were not washed properly and you could see the residue on them. Also there were never enough plates and cutlery if you went down early. The bathrooms could do with an update and a very good clean as they are very dated and some mould. The lighting was bad and no room to swing a cat. The balcony door did not shut properly and the hallway could do with a proper clean. The pool area was very busy but was kept tidy. You can give up on the idea of getting a sunbed through most of the day. Pool was cleaned every day from what i observed but no life guard on site. The highlight was the cakes they had as there was a good variety. The rooms were not cleaned daily. The beach was close by and easy to get to though the underpass did not smell pleasantly. It was safer than crossing the road as cars do not respect zebra crossings. Choice of drinks was ok and did not taste watered down.

  Not good at all, food, health hygienic, service and management behaviour disgusting. Never go to this hotel.

  Disgusting and very disappointed. From day one we was not happy about hygiene, hazardous electric board switch, broken mirror, leaking toilets in both rooms, leaking walls and ceiling, broken shower door where we couldn't even shut the door,cleaning matter, 🪳 ( which we have videos and photo). Has informed to manager but ignored us all the time. Anyway those 9days was not holiday for us it was hell. Today manager threatening behaviour has made us very disgusted and disappointed. We was helpless with our special needs child.Even though we told him about our special needs child he didn't care instead he shouted and threatened to call the police on us. We gone a be make a complaint file with Ministry of Culture and Tour, Turkey.

  After a long crappy day with a cancelled flight, the airport staff sent us here…AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

  Our flight home was cancelled and the airport found everyone accomodation. This was the accomodation. Upon arriving we saw that there were 4 stars under the name - we joked that these were self appointed, little did we know that we were right.The entrance hall wasn’t bad, although we couldn’t understand why the aircon was on with a massive window wide open 🤷🏻‍♀️ We saw the pool with the waterslide on the left as we went down the driveway. It was absolutely packed with people - the pool was quite small. I eventually found the hotel on tripadvisor and after reading some of the reviews, I was worried. The reception staff were nice and we got our keys and went up in a lift that only carries 2 people at a time. Whilst walking down the corridor to our room, I saw the hasty repair work and thought that it felt like student accomodation. Upon entering the room we were greeted with the worst hotel room I have ever seen. The bathroom was FILTHY, like it hadn’t been washed for about a week. There was a set of bunkbeds for my boys but there was rust errosion around the legs of the bed, the safety rail on the top bunk was loose. There was a small window and when we tried to draw back the curtain, it fell down. The double bed in the room was as sad looking as it can get and was dirty. The other party we were with came to talk to us and their room was also really bad so we decided to leave immediately - we had been there for 10 mins max. Many others from the cancelled flight also left at the same time with one woman telling me that her room and bed had been soaking wet. It is no wonder that they could accomodate a whole coach load of people.

  they should be shut down for good. its unsanitary and has the worst experience ever. they do not deserve 4*. please do not go there you will be disapointed for sure. the food was horrible. never again.

  The worst 4 stars I ever experienced

  The hotel is only for Russians, and the food given is just right for them. The 4 stars could be for Russians, but for Germans this could get only 2 Stars. For breakfast no croissants, no fruit, no yoghurt, no jam or marmelade but only honey and very sweet indifined jams and bread, tomatoes, cucumbers and salad. At lunch and dinner huge quantities of food, but low quality. Olive oil did not exist. For a week the only fruit that we could eat was WATERMELON. No other type of fruit was available. Tables in the restaurant always very dirty, and waiters did not have any idea how to clean a table. Plates with left overs were taken away one on the other...Very often we had to fight to have some ice. The room was nice and clean, with well painted walls and ceiling, but the furniture was very old. I had to request the change of the sheets after 5 days. In the swimming pool all deckchairs were always occupied with towels that our Russian friends left also in the evening. Many families with children, shouting and running at the border of the swimming pool. The only language spoken more or less by all the staff was Russian. English unknown, German forget about. Sometimes the two elevators, which were extremely small, 4 persons, were not working and with no aircon inside. The gym was with 8 machines belonging to the MiddleAges. No towels or water dispenser inside. The sauna was available but for a fee. Once we went in excusion the all day, and we asked for a lunch box: one piece of bread, one butter, one jam, one slice of salami and of cheese and 5 black olives. This was the standard. We asked if it was possible instead to have only one fruit and one small bottle of water, but the answer was NO. At the beach the sun umbrellas were made of straw and the sun could pass through. Sun chairs with very dirty matrasses. The drinks (all inclusive) at the beach always warm. The day of departure at 5.55 am. we asked the night before to be awakened at 05.30 but nobody called us. Fortunately I had put the wakeup call of my smartphone. When we were down at the reception we complained to the receptionist who did not call us, but the answer was that there were problems with the phone line???!!! The only positive thing of this hotel was wifi and the air condition in the room. The beach was clean, with sand and stones and the water was nice and clear. Sometimes waves but I could enjoy 5 days out of 6. Again, this hotel is not for Europeans, this can only be for Russians or Turkish.
