  No soap or shampoo in the room, not enough towels.Unstable water pressure and temperature.Old, dirty carpet and heavily worn furniture.Mold, rust and broken elements in the bathroom.Poor food qualityTerrible food organization. Pastries were simply thrown out, and guests grabbed them without any queue.Drinks served in plastic cups even in the main restaurant.Broken sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.Very poor beach bar — only basic non-alcoholic drinks, minimal selection.

  hotel from hell

  avoid completely booked this holiday and hotel as advertised as 4 star ,would not make 1 star .1+++ flight to turkey brilliant airports brilliant.then totally downhillarrived after transfer (told ninety minutes from airport actually 3 hours,paid for private taxi transfer because told much quicker,ha ha )lesson one learntreception == after flight from uk and transfer reception at midnight ,first thing staff do is offer is a sea view "just pay us fifty euro" no thank you ,perhaps I should have paid they could then afford to put the lights on.I then ask if possible to get something to eat and drink ,quite sharply told all closed go to hotel shop,(open till 2 am) I did explain I was happy to pay for a coffee "not possible closed"taken to room by torchlight no lights on after 11pm (thats all public areas)room ok bit dated but did not come to look at decor (need sleep)day one == reception for usual sort outs ,receptionist will treat you as the lowest of the low because she does not speak english and everything is hard for her.pay for wi fi 2 phones same room = 20 euros 100 lira per phone per day (does less not work beyond groud floor level) pay for safety deposit boxall meals in hotel are well bellow any reasonable standard breakfast/if you like salad okno fruit,iffy milk for cereals,sweaty cheese and meats.cold scrambled eggs some days .hard boiled ,fried somedays ,some sort of sausages out of fridge .coffee paper cups ,juice daily lucky dip (all from machine )lunch and dinner not any better ,salads same as morning ,choice 1 meat dish 1 fish dish ,both stone cold .rice pasta and various ,sweets absolute joke choice available 1same every day so choice over 10 days 1 . It was like breadcrumbs soaked in syrup choice of fruit with meals melon or melon 10 days of watermelonbars == most staff do not understand English (that,s fun) choices = 1 house red,1 house white.vodka .gin,beer(cheap on tap) soft drinks (no diet)details say better available to purchase along with fresh juice and fresh coffee when asking manager and telling him we were prepared to pay told go to shop plenty thereno entertainment unless you like Russian singing at 2 amthe disco closedthe cocktail bar closed beach bar water and soft drink beds worn out and tattythe hotel shop is independent to the hotel ant the owner will go out of his way for you ,the only plus for the hotelcocktail bar closed hotel is for Russians to get drunk sleep it off and get drunk againAVOID AT ALL COST IF OFFERED FREE TURN DOWN(found a private beach bar with good food and drink about 500 yards away what a godsend)

  I wouldnt normally make a review, but thought this maybe needed. Hotel fairly clean and staff nice. 3 hour transfer from antalya airport and no food offered when you arrive. Room cleaned daily and a 2 litre bottle of water each day. Food very limited. If you like tomatoes, you are in for a treat as they come in all forms of sliced and diced you can imagine! 3 main dishes at lunch and dinner and no potatoes. Choice of dessert is some yukky little sponge...no cream or ice cream and water melon. At breakfast, it is the same salad bar of tomatoes and cheese. Cereal and some variety of fried/scrambled egg or omelette (different each day). No fruit, yoghurt or pastries at breakfast even though pastries where in their advertisement. Evening meal is 19:00 to 21:00. My last evening I went down at 20:30. I was just about to have my dessert if melon and the waiter told me finished and took my plate away. Other places as long as you have got your food, would leave you till you had finished. During the day for snacks, there is a lady that makes pitta bread with feta in them and they were probably the best tasting thing at the hotel. At 17:00, cakes comes out, but you have to be quick as the hotel lacks in English guests and they are.mostly eastern Europeans and Russians and they are like vultures. Blink and you will.miss the cake. Bus stop outside the hotel and it costs 50TRY each way into Alanya, but don't guarantee on getting a seat and learn how to feel like a packed in sardine. Enjoyed Turkey, but probably wouldn't come back to this hotel.

  We booked this hotel for 11days and it was the worst decision ever. The reception lady is very mean and I'm not talking about the fact that nobody here speaks english. Really small food choice and the kitchen is small so you will have to stand in queue to get some dry, overcooked meat.The rooms and hotel are very dirty. Someone vomited on the floor and nobody cleaned it up. It was there until it just dried out from the hot weather. The stairs haven't been washed for weeks. Rooms are old, the door of the toilet doesn't close. Someone even got robbed and the reception didn't do anything. We also heard from other people that when they came to check-in the receptionist was drunk. There's fights during the night and the police keeps coming here... Mind you all this happened in only three days.If you want to come here with your family- don't. Unsafe, unhygienic environment, nothing to do, angry and mean people. You won't find any free sunbeds , because everyone keep their towels on them overnight. Not worth your money and holidays.
