Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this resort lies in Aksu, right by the sea.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. There are a number of shops as well. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a playroom. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), medical assistance, 24-hour room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser.

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. A safe and a minibar are also available. Extra comforts include a tea/coffee station. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. A waterslide provides fun for all ages. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site bocce. For a fee, tennis is also available. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and darts. There is a wellness area with a sauna and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at 3 restaurants (non-smoking, air conditioning and high chairs). All-inclusive special can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Brilliant please read review not just the star rating given

    Please read review not my star rating. The average of 4.4 is probably about right. I’d give it 4.5 but star rating doesn’t allow that. Jokingly I said it’s like an up market but kind but it’s a lot more then that. Positives customer service was excellent. I could not fault any of the staff I met and if you smiled and were polite the compliment was returned. The food was excellent and there were many restaurants to chose from. The facilities were well maintained. The resort offered apartment, single room and family room options. Lots of bars so if you go all inclusive have your fill. The complex had many swimming pools… usual outside with an indoor one by the spa. It was also coastal so you can swim in the sea. The week I was there I didn’t venture out of the complex but will on next visit. Taxis it’s best to source your own as the ones the hotel get are expensive. Few shops in there aren’t cheap either. A few of our group went out on the local bus which was the cheapest option.The only neutral thing was meal times. It was all part of a mass exodus from activities to restaurant. Most served for a couple of hours. If you are more solitary then turn up early or late. Early you get best food options and miss rush. Later in each time frame less food options but quieter. And as said previously there are quite a few restaurants for all inclusive plus some more à la carte or paying options.Management around check in and some tour options was a bit hit and miss on occasions but that was possibly around logistics at busier times of the year.Weather was good. Temperatures in UK were higher but that suited me as I don’t spend all day lounging in the sun. That being said it was still warm but pleasantly.Only negative and not to do with the hotel was the travelling. Turkish airlines were very good just the queuing and waiting.All in all a brilliant holiday and highly recommended.     We had a wonderful lunch at the Hürrem À La Carte Restaurant at Swandor Hotels & Resorts Topkapi Palace. The food was excellent, with a fantastic variety of traditional Turkish dishes, all beautifully prepared and full of flavour.What made our experience truly special was the outstanding service from Farkhod and Kunduz. They treated us with such warmth, kindness, and professionalism throughout our meal, making us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. Their attentiveness and friendly attitude added so much to our dining experience.We enjoyed several dishes, and every one was delicious. Combined with the excellent service from Farkhod and Kunduz, it made for a memorable lunch.
