This hotel is located in Side, 2 km away from the old town, 2 km from the beach and 6 km from the Manavgat city centre.

    Small Hotel with perfect value for price

    Sweet Home Boutique is not directly at the coast, but I could reach everything with a small walk or the mini bus (dolmus). The owner and the employees are super friendly and helpful. The buffet in the morning and the evening are very typical for turkey. It's very quiet and has a nice little pool.

    The room was modern, air conditioned with free WiFi and a large fridge. The hotel was quite when we were there, there are bars and restaurants near by. Breakfast was basic Turkish food but I would definately go back as we love Side

    Thıs cute lıttle hotel does exactly what ıt should do for ıts prıce. And a bıt more, very frıendly servıce and staff, wıllıng to help wıth everythıng! Includıng ın engagıng ın a contest on creatıve arrangıng of towels on the bed every day. We trıed but they won!

    The apartment was very clean and room a good size but.....Did not find owners friendly.Like last review unless you were Dutch they were not interested.Were not allowed food or drink on the balcony!! Never heard anything like it...But if you hang towels up it can be done.Was told fridge broken in room.This was just so you did not take your own soft drinks in.The noise round the pool in early evening ridiculous,owners daughter and friends screaming and splashing for hours.So much for a peaceful holiday..Wont be back

    The accommodation is modern, clean and perfectly decent, with some cute unexpected touches like de-steaming bathroom mirrors. Now this isn’t a 4 or 5 star accommodation, but that’s totally irrelevant. If what you’re looking for is comfort and homely accommodation, this is spot on… But what steps this residence apart from any other is the husband and wife team that run it. Between them they are massively characterful and if we’re honest, two of the most entertaining, intelligent and fun people we have ever met. If you’re willing and open to having a fantastic conversation and some late night blues with charismatic and fascinating people, sit up and have a beer with Baruch. it’ll be well worth your time. P.S. If you’re German, please apologise about the bicycles and give them back [sic]. Thank you for looking after us, Tim & Hannah x x
