Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this resort lies in Alanya, just 200 m from the beach. It is about 45 km to the nearest airport, Gazipasa (GZP), and Antalya (AYT) is around 115 km away.

Facility

The resort welcomes guests in a 5-storey building with 2 lifts and 180 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A currency exchange service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a hairdresser are available. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. A garage is available for parking (no extra charge).

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. For the littlest travellers, children's beds can be provided at no extra charge. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe for an additional charge. Other features include a direct dial telephone and satellite television. A hairdryer and a telephone are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. 2 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. 21 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. There is a poolside snack bar as well. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the resort offers beach volleyball (no extra charge). The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis and darts or, for a fee, billiards. Guests can relax and unwind in the wellness area (hammam). Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including 2 restaurants, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    I encourage you to take advantage of the spa services at the hotel. It is a unique place that attracts with its peaceful atmosphere. Keen, the massage therapist, is a top-class specialist.     Visiting Spa Center while being in Telatyie hotel is simply a must! After four sessions of massage done by Keen I feel as a newborn. Everything started by a relaxing Hamam ritual in Turkish bath which was given for free as a bonus. Nice surprise! Keen is a well -qualified specialist. He knew problems in my body after just 15 minutes of the first free massage. Sensual and full of care- that what my massage was. Thank you Keen. I will cone back next year for more :) This experience will be remembered for a long time.     Such a good hotel but such poor management (Hakan)

    I would like to issue a stern warning to everyone, especially families with allergies. Our stay ended in a nightmare due to the hotel's total lack of safety procedures in the kitchen. Despite clearly informing them of allergies in advance, the chef served food that contained ingredients we are absolutely intolerant to. This resulted in our child having such a severe reaction that they had to be rushed to hospital. For a chef to show such disregard for ingredients is completely dangerous and unacceptable. What makes the matter even worse is the management's (Hakan) handling of the incident. Instead of showing empathy or taking responsibility for the life-threatening situation they caused, we were met with a defensive and arrogant attitude. There seems to be no willingness whatsoever to review their procedures to prevent this from happening again. Do not stay here if you value your health or that of your family.
