Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower. Sport

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its indoor and outdoor pools and pleasantly heated water. Children can enjoy a special swimming area just for them. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities such as tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and basketball or, for a fee, horse riding, are offered at the resort. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes catamaraning and water aerobics, with water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides and canoeing available for a fee. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments, Ayurveda treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as special offers like snacks. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet.

    Great hotel, amazing food and animation, genuine 5 stars!

    This was our first time in this hotel (but not the first time in Turkey) and we were genuinely impressed by it. We can wholeheartedly recommend it for all types of travel - couples, families, older age travellers.FOOD - 5/5. Honestly the best part about this hotel. Lots of variety, always fresh, every day they grill meat and vegetables. There's food for everyone - Turkish, Italian, British. The snack bar by the pool has a lot of salads, snacks, burgers, pizzas.DRINKS - 4/5. Drinks are strong, with brand alcohol and real Coca-Cola. There's a variety of cocktails, and multiple places to get them. However, the quality depends on the bartender - for example, Harun was amazing, he's professional and talented (thank you!), but Fatih seemed to hate his job. ROOMS - 5/5. Spacious, very very clean, good amenities and design. We got the room with the mountain view, and it was really nice.ANIMATION - 5/5. The animation team is very talented, creating their own evening shows, dances, and etc. They speak English, some know German and Russian as well. Big thanks to Junior, Murat, Pika, Mimi - you guys are amazing! Ačiū!BEACH - 4/5. The beach is 10 minutes away by foot, but it's much better to just take the beach shuttle. It comes every 10 minutes, and it's a quick 3 minute drive to the beach. The beach itself is private, with plenty of space and sunshades. The beach also has a bar (no cocktails, but they can pour beer, soft drinks, and hard liquor + mixer). A separate cocktail bar there (VitaminBar) is paid and very expensive. Additionally, the beach has a snack bar - salads, meat, pasta, enough for everyone. The only minus - animation is minimal, only boccia and volleyball, but there's always music.The beach itself is sandy with small rocks - no water shoes needed.POOL - 5/5. Big, beautiful, plenty of lounge chairs. Has water slides for children. The around the pool territory is not huge, but it's very clean and beautifully maintained.GUESTS - ranked by popularity - Dutch, German, Polish, English, Turkish, Russian, other. We were here in the second half of May and there was a Dutch artists tour - half of the evening shows are live Dutch schlager songs - they're fun, but you have to be Dutch to really enjoy them.STAFF - Very prefessional and helpful with high quality of service. OVERALL - highly recommend this hotel. It's relaxed, clean, with tasty food and a great atmosphere!     Disable people beware if staying in a disabled room room!!!

    On arrival we were given a disabled room, because I asked for a ground floor room because I have knee problems. I had a shower and there was no nonslip flooring, and I nearly slipped! HEALTH AND SAFETY issue!!! I pointed it out to reception and the lovely guy working that day managed to move us!! The shower in the new room had nonslip tiles, which was much safer! I’m surprised the hotel can get away with slippery tiles in a disabled room. So if you’re disabled take a nonslip mat with you! Apart from that the hotel was lovely! Areas kept clean staff are all polite. I wouldn’t say it was a 5 star as I’ve had better 4 stars!     I’m currently one week into my two-week stay at Terrace Elite Resort, and I can already say this is one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the resort has completely exceeded all expectations.The location is absolutely spectacular and the views from my private terrace are breathtaking, especially during golden hour. My room is spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.But what has made this stay truly special is the exceptional level of hospitality from the team here. They don’t just serve you ,they genuinely care and remember the little things that make all the difference.Adil at the front desk has been outstanding since check-in.
