Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, this hotel lies in Manavgat, approximately 350 m from the sand and shingle beach. It is about 80 km to Antalya (AYT) Airport.

Facility

The hotel has 313 rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Valuables can be securely locked in the safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library.     Brits abroad in Turkey - budget hotel was more than fine!

    I booked this through Wowcher and got an absolute bargain. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. After reading reviews we were a little worried it wasn't going to be a good time, but for the price of the stay, we really couldn't complain at all! The hotel is budget but the staff are all really trying to make it as nice as they possibly can. The pool is clean, there's music in the evenings, the food is fine (and lunch is actually quite nice), the room was clean and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. They did play the same music over and over again (which we ended up finding quite funny) and there's not much to do at the resort, but it's easy to get to Side or Antalya town (even if a little far away). We really had a lovely time, trips are what you make of them so go in with moderate expectations and you'll love it just like we did!

    Yes it was quite and experience, visiting this resort as an English solo traveler, 99% of people there were Russian, some Serbian Bulgarian, Romania, I only met one English family while i was there over 15 days, and they left the day after i arrived, so communication was interesting, I did try and communicate and did meet a few Friendly people, Where do i start,Just a few teething problems soon sorted other than that room ok, Breakfast was enlightening I never had cold fried eggs before and didnt after the first day, meal times were a fight to get round the buffet, nobody queues in there, the food was not very good either to say the least, The Hotel is Basically for families with Kids and they would have a ball, They wouldnt notice the problems around, The staff were lovely no problems there, It was easy to get into MANAVGAT City which I did Five times and into SIDE Twice, On the Dolmus which was outside the hotel at price of 80 Turkish Lira which is about £1.42p, Manavgat is a lovely city, the Hotel is quite Isolated ,If you want to lay on a sunbed all day and do nothing thats what you will do there, Once again the staff were brilliant, but no I wouldnt visit there again, I will do my home work a bit better next time,

    Good day,First of all, I would like to point out that the hotel is not nearly as bad as some reviews describe. On the contrary, it actually meets the services that are advertised. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day; the room itself was nice, clean, and everything was fully functional—from the air conditioning to the bathroom and beyond.The hotel staff, including the managers and waiters, deserve the highest praise for their dedication and hard work. They genuinely make an effort to ensure that everything is available to guests at all times.The beach is fine, although some sunbeds were broken—this is not the staff’s fault but rather the result of careless behavior by certain guests.I would have given 5 stars, but I must reduce the rating due to the impolite behavior of the tall receptionist, who acted arrogantly, mocked hotel guests, and refused to speak English or any other language besides Russian. Moreover, he even ridiculed Russian tourists, which left a very poor impression overall. The same problem applies to local tourists—those who do not speak Russian are denied both information and basic courtesy. If the hotel intends to cater exclusively to Russian-speaking guests, then perhaps reservations should be restricted accordingly.The swimming pool was another issue: the water was not changed once during our 7-day stay.On a positive note, special thanks go to the animator Gamze and the spa center staff for their excellent service.The location is not ideal, but transportation is always available, and nothing is really too far away.

    I was not very satisfied with the hotel, frankly the food was unpleasant the variety was little and there was a strange smell the animation in the restaurant was very insufficient there were activities in the event table but most of them were not organized, no one took care of my child in the mini club, the teacher there was just sitting and he did not know the language, in general I was not very satisfied with the hotel.
