  Great budget hotel

  People need to ignore the negative reviews for this hotel, we came here for 3 nights in November it was very quiet, staff are great and spoke good English, beds are comfortable and bedding is changed every morning, breakfast is a good variety of traditional Turkish foods, we chose here because it was cheap and close to the sea, it is a 3star hotel, but that doesn’t mean the service is 3 stars. It’s amazing value for 2 people at £35 per night, we had just spent 5 nights at a newer hotel which was twice the price and that was also nice but was not necessarily twice the experience but had been included in a dental treatment packages. It was sunny the whole time we were here and , it has its own beach, but next door to the beach is forsforlou beach which is really funky and a great place to relax, ask for hassan the manager .

  We booked this hotel last min without proper research. 🤦‍♀️🙆‍♀️5 mins walk to the private beach which was ok otherwise pretty dead area.Breakfast was surprisingly good just option of at least one juice will be nice(only water and hot drinks) Dinner was located on the beach after little walk which was very nice also(food was very nice but drinks are extra)Pool was nice..Clean towels every day This hotel doesn’t have any balconies, one lift with 9 floors always waiting.This hotel doesn’t have iron or steamer to rent, not even glass or mugs in room for drinks, they will not provide you any even if you ask. Not even corkscrew to borrow.Don’t ask reception to order taxi to aiport.. been charged 35 euro (600 Turkish lira approx price)Curtains very narrow so light wake you up at 6 am morning..Rainfall Shower head was full of rust. Pillow not comfortable.Who ever manage this hotel running by his luck as there were actually people staying We wouldn’t return 100%

  Bitten by bedbugs Rude manager named Sammi if you complain he will threaten to cancel your booking owner is never there

  The outside of the Hotel, Reception and swimming area is good. The rooms stink and not clean I got bitten by bedbugs just before I left. I told a young receptionist that I was bitten and showed my bites to him he was too inexperienced to handle such a case just asked me to pay for the coffees I had ordered to close my account as I decided to leave before my intended paid departure date. I requested to see the owner of the hotel, I was advised he never attends the hotel, I requested the owner's name it was not given to me which should be very easily accessible to all people who stay at the hotel. The manager is a rude and obnoxious person on my arrival to the hotel I asked why I was being charged more than the price quoted on the internet he suggested canceling my booking without any explanation. Overall all other staff members are nice and assist you. The onus is on the owner of the hotel having 1 or 2 cleaners to clean the entire hotel is not satisfactory they would not be able to keep up with the high demand of work.

  First time I was travelling solo and I was a little bit nervous about this but I could be anymore happier with my experience.Nice, clean hotel. Big rooms! I was staying in a double room - 801 on the 8th floor. Breakfast served daily with plenty of choices. I just couldn’t get enough of omelettes. Staffs always there if you need anything.Private beach was a huge bonus. Very nice, clean and again, staffs always there to help you with an umbrella or serve you food and drinks. Good size pool, free wifi and yet again amazing team of staff.I felt safe being there alone, nobody was in my face but if I needed anything, everyone was more than happy to help. I didn’t get chance to try the beach restaurant on the evening but all the set up looks amazing.I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Great location, very close to the airport, 10min drive to the Terra City shopping mall and 35min drive to Old Town Kaleiçi.I had a fabulous, relaxing time and I would 100% book this hotel again.

  The name of this motel should be (Racist Hotel) not (Tourist Hotel) it's a big trap from all aspects, smelly rooms from the sewers and sinks very old furniture and very old Ac..first you shall be welcomed by the worst Guest relationship or receptionist (Samy) with his unsmily wikked poker face who represents all kind of arrogance, carelessness rudeness and for sure racism.. you will be left out with no options but to pay what they want other wise he shall ask you to cancel the reservation and for sure you already paid, when you ask to talk to his Boss he will refer you back to his Boss who call himself (Masimo) the who is more tuff more rude than Samy he will first shout at you telling you that he has no time because he run other 20 Hotels so useless to escalate, under the pressure of you having your family you will pay ..if you got trapped and booked through Agoda for a standard classic room that Agoda advertising it occupy 3 adults and a kid they will force you to upgrade for a Family room and you will be left with no options except paying from 200€ to 350€ based on your patience..if you are any nationality except Turkish or European you will get abused clearly and harassed for any reason they hate and discriminate all kind of Arabs all nationalities specially Saudis all Gulf nationalities no exceptions..in one week 4 incedents where they force the Guest to pay otherwise simply they say cancel or get out of here ..and they don't care if you have kids or you are coming from long distance or any other reason 2 times During my stay guests called the police and the fight were happening for almost 2 hrs, speaking about the rooms very old AC, very Dirty Curtains and barely could cover or close the window, Very Very Stinky smell from the toilets and sewers , you will never be able to get red of the smell because it's from the main sewers you will never be able to breath inside the toilet you have to cover all the holes in shower sink in order to reduce the smell and you will never get red of it very old rugs dusty and stinks, if you will be able to accept all of this and you will not ..let me tell you that with the same amount you will pay in this trap you will get a very decent hotel anywhere in Antalya.. nothing hurt me more than being harassed and abused of only being an Arab it was my first time ever to experience racism face to face .. forgot any basic customer service forget anything related to respect..my only advice if you still want to go through this rubbish experience..plz at least don't accept paying what they requested and call the police as other people did, they will tell you Agoda trap there customers by advertising that the room could occupy 3 adults so family can't stay in a room that Agoda says it's for 3 adults plus a child . I got trapped because I trusted Agoda for the room that can accommodate 2 adults with a kid and for them this is what they are waiting for ..That was one of my worst stays in all my life ..I carry bad memory from Antalya because of this Hotel and bad example for those type of Turkish people who really destroy the whole image of antalyan or Turkish people the and those who manage this trap are the simple example of getting money by bullying and theafry.بالعربي لو انت اي جنسيه عربيه مصري سعودي اماراتي عراقي فلسطيني اردني أو لبناني اقسم بالله العظيم لن تطيق علي نفسك كميه الكره والعنصريه والسفاله من هذا الفندق الحقير ..لو مصمم او عندك الاستعداد لخوض تجربه عنصريه من هذا النوع من فضللك لا تترك حقك واطلب البوليس في حاله اجبارك علي دفع مبالغ اضافيه .
