  Beware! Disappointing – Misleading Postings and Poor Service

  I recently stayed at Tu Casa Linda in Antalya with my parents, (senior citizens), and was utterly disappointed. This review is intended to caution future guests.**Arrival and Check-In:**Upon our arrival, we were surprised to find that the entrance road was closed for pedestrian traffic, forcing us to roll our luggage over 150 meters up a steep cobblestone path. To make matters worse, the check-in experience was far from welcoming. The sole staff member at the front desk rudely instructed the elderly members of our group to close the main door because the air conditioning was on, instead of offering them a seat or a glass of water after their tiring journey.**Room Conditions:**The rooms were a major disappointment.The ground-floor room for the senior citizens had a view far from the "garden view" or "city view" as claimed, but rather a view of what appeared to be a storage area. (pic uploaded)Our second room on the first floor was unbearably hot upon check-in because the hotel had not bothered to turn on the air conditioning. The wooden floor was chipped at the edges, creating a safety hazard, and the room light was flickering.**Service and Housekeeping:**The service at this hotel was downright frustrating. Not once did the staff offer to assist with our luggage. Housekeeping was practically non-existent. Despite being out of the hotel for 6hours, we returned to find that the trash had not been removed, the beds were unmade, and the towels had not been changed. When I raised this issue with the front desk, I was met with an astonishing level of rudeness and argumentativeness from a staff member named Hector. He was not just dismissive— but offensive. He claimed that since they don’t change the sheets every day, there’s no point in making the bed! Moreover, he argued that the hotel staff doesn’t know which rooms are occupied, even though the hotel has fewer than 10 rooms, and my parents room was just 10 steps away from the front desk! Instead of taking corrective action—Hector chose to lecture uson hotel management practices. This was particularly distressing as my elderly parents, who were tired and weary after a hot day, were left without a clean room to rest in.**Ambiance and Cleanliness:**Rather than being a charming boutique property, the hotel felt neglected and unkempt. At the front desk, guests are greeted by a chaotic mess of wires and cables, and as you make your way up the spiral staircase, you’re confronted with housekeeping supplies scattered around. (see video) These issues significantly detract from any semblance of comfort or relaxation one might expect from a hotel.**Breakfast:**The breakfast experience was another letdown. Although the elderly lady serving breakfast was polite and helpful, the spread was extremely underwhelming —just a simple platter of cheese, olives, some dry bread, and greasy eggs, which were only served if requested. Communication was a challenge, as the lady didn’t even understand basic English words like "ice," making it impossible to improve the meal.**The Positives:**In fairness, the hotel does have a few redeeming qualities. Its location in the heart of Antalya’s old city is convenient for exploring the area, and the garden café where breakfast is served is a pleasant setting. However, these positives do not outweigh the numerous issues we encountered.**Conclusion:**Tu Casa Linda is not a hotel but more of an overpriced inn with sub-par maintenance, poor housekeeping, and a generally unkempt ambiance. The property is riddled with false claims and lacks the basic services and hospitality that guests expect. Our experience here was the worst of our trip to Turkey, and I urge future guests to make an informed decision before booking.   Staffs were very friendly and the restaurant was operated by owner was awesome especailly spaghetti Carbonara - it's the best I've ever eaten before!!The owner was smiling at us all the time.   Excellent Choice, Excelente.

  I moved to this hotel after a few nights in Antalya. I was able to sleep without street noise. Windows are effective. The place is great, cute, and serviced by wonderful staff. The manager (Tyfoon), servers, and chef are all welcoming and looking for opportunities to assist you. They allowed us a late checkout without a cost. I am surprised to see this place has very little review. I found it on site. Never look for reviews but I fully recommend it. Breakfast if quite good. Totalmente recomendado. El precio es justo y la calidad es perfecta. Nos quedamos all[i luego de huir de otro hotel vecino por el ruido y los precios. El gerente y el resto del personal es amable, profesional y servicial incluyendo la chef. No lo duden y visiten este lugar. Me sorprende los pocas reseñas que tiene este lugar. El patio es lindo igual que su chimenea. Su desayuno inmejorable.   Cosy hotel in Kaleici

  Nice accommodation in centre of Antalya (Kaleici). Cosy place with around 10 rooms. Just next to all the restaurants and bars. Staff is very friendly.
