Guests are warmly welcomed at the reception desk in the lobby. 243 non-smoking rooms are available.     Small hotel which packs a punch. Food is very good, lots of choice and bbq area at lunch and dinner. Delightful cakes and lots of fruits and salads. Options for vegetarians and options for gluten free, children's buffet too.Tried the Turkish Al a carte on the beach which was lovely.Staff are lovely and work very hard.There is a pool bar serving snacks and a cafe serving cakes and sandwiches .Didn't try the pool bar.What was good was you weren't hassled by day time entertainment or boom boom music by the pool ...though you could hear the neighbouring hotels.Lobby bar is lovely in.an evening and despite there not being a gin cocktail on the menu they still made me on.Lovely pools, didn't try the Olympic size one, but the main pool was lovely but icy cold. The staff were forever cleaning.Lots of cute cats around and reception have 2 dogs and some Moor hens wander around.There are building works on a new nearby hotel but had no impact on the holiday.Just 3 negatives from me:1. Do not accept a room in the top floor they are tiny abd you bang you head on the eaves.2. We had one issue by the pool when the entertainment tried to disrupt peace and quiet by bringing in water polo for 2 guests, nets were placed next to people sunbathing in peace and were splashed or hit with a ball. After guests complained to reception it was soon stopped.3. They charge 3 euro for no alcohol beer! Despite it being all inclusive. Location is brilliant...private beach and bar, few minutes walk to dolmus bus stop to side 2 euros and plenty shops; bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away if you want to get out and about or haggle for a bargain.     The pool and entertainment team are absolutely amazing. Lots for the kids to do. Food is fabulous. Particular mentions for ersin in the poolbar and Casper from the entertainment team. Rooms are a little on the tired side and not quite as the pictures show. But even so would definitely come back. All round great experience.
