    the perfect address for peace and fun

    I came to this hotel for the first time. It was very fun for my children. I loved the attention and care they showed to customer satisfaction in their kitchen, the sensitivity of their employees, their attention and care, and their unlimited service quality. I really had a lot of fun in a short time. I hope to see you again.

    Didn't live up to the expectation

    Has a 2 week stay here and it unfortunately didn't live up to expectations.Hotel and grounds are lovely, kept very clean and the rooms are very good aswell. Swimming pools and Aqua park are big plus points also.Drinks are very good.Onto the negatives....Arrival and check-in at hotel staff weren't exactly welcoming, not much information given out just give you your room key and told to get on with it basically.Don't think I had more than 2 hours sleep a night here it was horrendous. Noise noise noise all through the night. Staff on the most part were unapproachable and seemed to hate their jobs. The review system going on here with every member of staff showcasing their review 'score' on their name badge just doesn't give off good vibes either never seen that before. Hotel is very review conscience. Staff prompting you to go to touchscreen to leave them a good score and recieving a letter in room door prior to checkout basically begging you for a great review, with a chance to win a holiday back here for doing so. Nowhere near enough staff pouring drinks at bars and lengthy wait times to order a drink alot of the time.Biggest negative here is the food. I simply can't believe the amount of people saying how good the food is here!? Most of it was tasteless. Probably worst All inclusive food iv had to be honest. All looks good in pictures and videos, but it really was a struggle some days to eat anything atall. Not to mention dinner time is like feeding time at the zoo. Long queue's everywhere and people pushing through constantly it was horrendous doesn't seem big enough eating areas for the amount of guests staying here. Mexican a la carte was that bad at least we had a laugh. Was nothing mexican about the food here it was awful. I don't want to be seen slagging this place as it is not my intention. The place has enormous potential and they do try hard in certain areas. We still enjoyed our holiday and made the most of it but I absolutely would not come back here, there are much much better hotels in Turkey for similar money.     The best reception worker and nice hotel

    The hotel is definitely worth the money. Very beautiful, cozy with a great entertainment program. And very polite staff. I would especially like to highlight Aigerym. The girl who works at the reception. She knows many languages ??and can help others. I can't say the same about the other workers. She is very polite and always helped with all our problems. In general, the best worker, that's for sure. Thank you Aigerym and this hotel!!!!     The hotel is a beautiful hotel but it’s rotten the staff r very rude barley anyone speaks English they laugh at u when I ask for something the food is vile rice is saved from lunch to dinner so has bits in not much variety all the same food Facebook stories r lies cos seen nothing similar to what they posted hotel is full of Russians no English at all nothing against them but we can’t communicate with anyone absolutely a waste of money Victory Team, Müsteri Hizmetleri / Ön Büro at Victory Be Mine Hotel, responded to this review Dear Antonia,We are very sorry that we have not been able to meet your personal requirements and expectations in every respect.
