778 rooms are available. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a playroom. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance and a laundry service. Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. There is also a minibar and, for a fee, a safe. Kids can splash around in one of the 3 children's pools. Fun on the waterslide and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols are also available to guests. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and volleyball are available. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy jet skiing, paddle boating and diving. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics, aerobics and pilates or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam. Subject to charge: a spa. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and a dance club.

Meals

The dining area includes a non-smoking restaurant and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special is offered as a catering option. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer many delicious options. Vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Hotel probably nice in its day.you DO NOT get 5 star treatment.water only in ur fridge.no table service in food hall.cant call it restaurant as it is like a canteen of Russians,Russian here and there for food piled up on there plates that ends up in the bin as eyes too big for there bellies.i wud say look elsewhere for much more favourable hotels.food nice and place clean ,just spoilt the holiday by the rude , impolite,pushy Russians.vomiting down on our balcony after drinking and eating to excess ,,,,,,,,I cud go on but wont :(

    Firstly if you are not Turkish or Russian then book somewhere else as there is not a single member of staff that can understand you. The only ones I found were Atilla from the animation team who was by the way a massive asset to the hotel (don't know why he is wasting his time there!). The other one was the reception manager who was unhelpful, rude and could not give a damn about complaints. Food was OK. Oh by the way you cannot take children with you to the Ala carte restaurants so bring babysitters with you! Rooms not cleaned - same dirty sheets just made to look nice. There is no games area as advertised on their website. We got put in a box room with a brick wall instead of a balcony - no natural light at all! The room also stank of cigarettes. Took them 3 days to move our room. I'm sure there is more I failed to mention. Never, ever again!

    We had a very nice holiday. Perfect hotel, nice people and very nice to children. Every day new kind of food types in the evening.The drinks where nice and there was good service available.Negative points where, long bus trip and airco leaked.

    The hotel is supposed to be a 5 -star hotel. It most certainly is not. Its like 2. The service is really bad and the hotel was so full in July that there was no free sun beds or even free space to swim in the pool. Luckily the beach was just outside the hotel, otherwise it would have been horrible. The food was bad also.

    You get the best for what you paid for! For the money you pay its defiantly a good hotel... Its quiet and small but service is great! I was there twice and has nothing bad to say. The rooms are cleaned, the staff is polite, the food!Oh yes!the food is always good!Its not a huge selection but its definitely really good!and their spa is pretty good too!I have no complains...if i want to get away from people-its the right place to go!And i will go there again!
