As a result of my experience at this hotel, I will think twice before going on vacation to Turkey again

    rating28 Jun 2025

Hello, I would like to share my experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience — I wouldn’t go back even if they paid me. I went with my wife and our two children, aged 2 and 4.I’ll start with the rooms: cleanliness was non-existent unless you left a tip — they didn’t change the sheets otherwise. The rooms were somewhat okay in terms of space. As for the food, it was the same type every day, and the taste was quite disgusting, especially the meat. Ice cream was only available for one hour a day at a single location, and when the time was up, they would literally close the door in your face — which is unacceptable for such a large hotel.Drinks at the beach bar were very limited. If you wanted a cocktail, you had to walk about 800 meters to the pool bar. The beach was full of seashells, the staff was rude, and there were many other issues. My advice: stay away from this hotel.

    Don't go there

    rating15 Oct 2024

If You have not yet book a vacation in that allegely 5 star hotel - Please don't.Staff does everything not because they like their job or at least pretend to, no they are slow, have their own things to do on their phones etc.Food - shi*t, when the best thing to eat is pancake or baked potatoes than it is all I am gonna say.Trash everywhere, by the pools, on the beach, staff cleans it once a day when they want to.Cigarettes are allowed almost everywhere, for non smoker bad thing.Drinks and beverages - worst coffee on the planet Earth, drinks from local unknown spirits, if You want rum please look because they will fill Your drink with vodka, nobady cares, %=%Overal, don't please don't. I have and never will come back. There are many 3-4 stars with better standard.

Nice hotel, but needs some essential improvements.

    rating25 Aug 2024

Hotel Room:The hotel room was ok, facing the front/seaside there was a lot of noise until midnight due to extreme loud music coming from the pool terrace. The room was cleaned every day. Unfortunately no internet in the room, the WiFi connection was almost not existent (< 0.5 Mbps). For this we had to go (along with all the other hotel guests) to certain spots in the lobby where the internet varied between 2 Mbps and 40Mbps. Hotel area:In general the hotel hallways and lobby are spacious. In general interior and the furniture needs refurbishment. At some places the airconditiong was not functioning well resulting in leaking water and black mold present at the airco cooling vents. During my 11 day stay the piano music played in the lobby was repeated every 10 minutes playing the same piano arrangements over and over again. Very annoying.Pool:Large swimming pool and pleasant beach area (including bar and snack area) which could could be reached via a pedestrian tunnel (2 minutes walk). The swimming pool itself needs to be refurbished. 4 relatively small slides available which were open a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the afternoon. Pool beds at the pool itself were not available anymore after 9 in the morning with 50% of the beds "reserved" by people which were not present at the pool 90% of the time. StaffIn general the communication was cringeworthy. The level of English withe the people at the reception desk was poor. The rest of the staff in the hotel only spoke Turkish and maximum 3 words English. Animation:Many activities around the pool area during the day. However the activities at night with shows and mini disco in the open air theatre were sparse and the sound and the sound volume was deafening. When asked, none of the hotel staff except of the animation team was aware of the programs and times of the the shows and other activities .Food:The breakfast was ok but lacked pastries (they were once present in the past, as seen on old guest photos). Long lines for the omelettes and fried eggs. The food served a la carte restaurants was much better than the main buffet restaurant (max. 1 booking per week).Drinks:Coffee (instant) and juices in general tasted terrible. For proper coffee made of grinded beans you had to go to the main bar in the lobby. Cocktail quality is mediocre, where the cocktails at the central lobby bar were much better than the ones served at the other bars in the hotel. Conclusion:The hotel management should invest more in communication skills of the hotel employees, invest more in refurbishment of the pool and hotel area and keep up with the times (2024) regarding the WiFi infrastructure. This hotel once was a 5 star hotel, but the management needs to take a critical look again and make some essential improvements (with relatively low investment cost) to bring it back to a 5 star level again.

    Very disappointed!!

    rating21 Aug 2024

We have just returned from a week at this hotel and were very disappointed, the pool and room were ok although our room was right by the air conditioning units which made an awful noise, night time entertainment was almost non existent we ended up most nights playing cards, staff in general were pretty good although struggled with English, food was very repetitive and was not aimed at English people at all, avoid the camel men who come in on the Turkish night as they push your kids on them and then wish them away for a ride and then demand 20 euros and get very aggressive when you refuse to pay, they were horrible and scared my 11 year old step daughter to tears. The gym was one of the worst I have ever been in to at a hotel with virtually every bit of equipment broken, I would definitely not go back there, as there is much better available!!
