Location

The hotel is located in Antalya's Kemer-Camyuva region, only 50 m away from the sea. Public transport are just roughly 50 m from the hotel and it is located around 5 minutes' walk from the restaurants and nightspots of Camyuva. The town centre of Kemer, which was merged with the neighbouring village of Kiris, is some 6 km or 10 minutes' drive away. Antalya is around 55 km from the hotel and it is 65 km to Antalya International Airport.

The hotel has 22 junior suites, 6 suites and 155 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift.     The hotel is very nice and calm the food is good and they do activities every day the cleaning is good also the room is nice the location is close to the places if you want to buy something sweet or snacks and kemer is only 10 minutes away u can go by bus the service is really good and the animation team is very good and nice and they’re sweet one of them is everen he's very nice and makes u enjoy the activities made and theres the boss in animation team he's also very nice.     I genuinely do not recommend this hotel. People say that if you are looking for flaws you will always find them, but this hotel is really a waste of your money. There’s no night program, staff barely speaks english, you have to pay for drinks after 22pm, they say that wifi is free but it’s not, if you want wifi you have to pay 10€ for 7 days. Safe is also not free 2€ per day. Shower in rooms is clogged and as we are currently staying in this hotel for a third day now maid didn’t come to clean our room in 3 days, but they say that your room is cleaned every day. I had to find a staff who also doesn’t speak English, bring her to my room and show that we need new towels and toilet paper. It’s really just ridiculous. One thing not as bad is that food is delicious but that is all.

    We were 3 adults in this hotel and we received very good service. The season had not yet fully started, there was little food but we were full. A very good photographer who took beautiful pictures. Good service from the hotel staff.

    we booked it as 5* AI hotel. OMG! Checked in just to find out that Wi-Fi is not free! It's 3EUR daily. Even in lobby area you can't really use it because of poor reception. Then was shock at the room - bathroom was dirty, mirrors and basin ugly.. No bin in the room, only in bathroom, no water bottles in a mini bar fridge( it wasn't even on!), although it was stated.. Room was "cleaned" every day just for the record.. By the end of the week they even stopped providing us with the clean towels. Restaurant is small, good that not many people were in hotel. Food is rubbish, every day the same. Did not see fish or seafood, not even fresh fruits, except few apples and oranges if you were lucky. Desserts selection was also poor - mainly Turkish sweets loaded with syrup and sugar.. Staff at the hotel want to speak only Russian language, because 99% of guests are from Russia. Thanks God - mainly women, so they did not make much noise.. The only good thing about hotel - it's not far from the sea, where they do have beach area with free sunbeds and towels. Camyuva itself is a small village with not many shops, nor places to walk around. So few times we took taxi to Kemer( 25Eur) just to feel more of social life and do some shopping. That was the best part of our holiday in Kemer region.     no room repair, on the second day a large cockroach crawled over me. food is terrible, no one from guests can eat it. Water slides for children opens only for a one hour (i heard children cries by that), animation terrible, every day only music with 1 program.in room, balcony doors are made for dwarfs, now I have a bump on my head with my height 1.9.we seat with company near lobby, ar 11pm they turned off all lights. Very nice.Want coffee at broakfast? -sure, latte is without milk, they use water :D only after guest request they added milk (for a few hours)only i loved reception, they are really cool.
