Location

This hotel is located just 1000 m from the city centre of Konakli, and the beach is 500 m away. It is some 120 km to Antalya airport.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 325 rooms, including 251 double rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as catamaraning, kayaking and water aerobics or, for a fee, snorkelling. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, table tennis and darts. There is a wellness area with a sauna and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A breakfast for early birds and late risers, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel also offers snacks.

    Overall a good hotel value for money friendly staff clean and tidy

    Very good location lots of shops near byWe went very early season so was quite so didn’t get full experience Rooms clean and tidy no issues a little dated but for the price not complaining Great value for price we paidGreat water slides and pools clean and funFood was good abit of everything always something to eat even for fussy eaters Staff very friendly and jokey Overall for the price of the hotel I think this was a good hotel I would stay again

    Just left eftalia came on my own for 5 days and honestly had a scream the staff are all fantastic the rooms are clean only down side is the food it’s all Russian it’s not really edible if your English but other than that can’t fault the place really enjoyed it

    On arrival everything seemed ok but it was quite late . Staff seemed ok I guess at first but the following morning at breakfast you’re greeted with super rude Russian people with food catered for them . When I say they’re rude I mean to the point I thought Jeremy beadle was gonna jump out with a camera crew to us . After being at the pool for a few hours my son starts to chuck his guts up so not sure if it was from the food or the water and the following day he has severe Diarrhoea. Then my daughter has the same on the day we leave 6 days later . Being English you certainly don’t want reheated food most of the week so we had to find food elsewhere . The music around the pool area is a looping cd that’s played every day that’s so loud you can’t even talk to people and hear what they’re saying . The only good thing about this hotel is a guy called mo who is a photographer who does family photos for your family . He’s super professional and really done a good job with us was really friendly and really good with my kids couldn’t fault him .     Terrible never again

    I would not advise any British person to go here you walk on egg shells told to sush food is terrible you end up eating out rooms are basic no kids entertainment staff are rude we was threanted to be kicked out was made to sign a contact I came home 3 days earlier paid for extra flights just rude your pushed aside for there own language barrier is massive really had a horrible experience being a single mom worked hard to pure disappointment Don’t waste your money !!!I booked land off legands through rep Asked if we could leave early due to children being tired no I had to pay £95 extras for a private bus to collect us I flew home next day FEYZA KURT, Müşteri Hizmetleri / Ön Büro at Xeno Eftalia Resort Hotel, responded to this review Dear guest!     Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

    I wouldn’t even rate this hotel 1 star. This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and this was apparent from the very first night we arrived. We arrived around 10:30pm on the 30th of August, after a long day travelling we were shown to our rooms where we dropped off our luggage and went down stairs to get some drinks and snacks. After not even 20 minutes of being down stairs, staff told us that we had to be quiet and stop making so much noise, baring in mind there were multiple tables making noise but they were not told to be quiet. As it was a long day, we decided to finish our drinks and head off to bed. The next day came and we went down for breakfast, to find only 6 trays of hot food. The food was absolutely disgusting with no flavour or selection whatsoever. There was no kids menu or different options. The other members of the hotel had no manners and even tried to push in front of a child who was queuing up for food. The staff would completely ignore you at the bar and they would serve their own people first, even when you have been waiting there longer. The night bar staff are weird and kept asking for my social media and if I was here with my boyfriend. The food menus are the same everyday in the main restaurant and the snack bar. They only offer 3 spirits in their all inclusive package which they do not make you aware of until you arrive, slushes & cocktails are an extra charge. The fizzy drinks that they offer are flat and come out as froth rather than an actual drink. We ended up eating out every single day due to the food. The entertainment is the same throughout the day and is only on until 10:30pm on the night where you are then expected to leave and go back up to your room, if you don’t you are constantly told to be quiet or they will get security. The second day we was there, we was about to leave to go and do an excursion where the manager approached a member of our party to tell us that 2 members will be kicked out of the hotel on our return due to making too much noise the night before and arguing with the security. We contacted our “rep” who we met with when we returned back to the hotel for him to just moan about the fact we never booked our excursions through him and if we booked our next excursion through him he would speak to the manager and ask him to allow the two people to stay. At this point we was left with no other choice but to book the excursions and we was then told that nobody would be kicked out of the hotel. We booked the land of legends excursion which totalled at £1250. After being in the water park all day with children, we contacted the “rep” who we booked with to ask if we could be collected at 9pm as opposed to 11pm due to the children being tired, he told us no and it was not his problem. Luckily, we had the number of our driver who was more than happy to come and collect us early. Due to the threats of being kicked out the hotel, we felt like we was walking on eggshells the whole holiday. Nobody wanted to sit around the hotel due to the fact you was told to be quiet every single time and it just ruined the whole atmosphere. To top the whole thing off, we booked an airport transfer through our “rep” which cost us £100. We had this booked for 8:30am as we needed to be at the airport for 10:30am due to our online flight check in being down and our flight was at 1pm. On the morning we was leaving, our “rep” contacted us at 8:30 to advise there had been an accident and our driver would be 20 minutes late. I expressed the concerns I had and that I could not be late for my flight, however, I understand these things happen and I was happy to wait the 20 minutes. 30 minutes passed and the driver had still not arrived. I contacted the “rep” and he told me the driver was suffering a further 15 minute delay to which I asked if he could find another driver as this would mean we are going to be 45 minutes late. He kept telling me there was no problem and to wait for my driver, if we miss our flights the driver would pay for new ones. At this point I was extremely unhappy and told the “rep” I do not want new flights, I want to go home on the flight that I have paid for. 20 minutes passed and the “rep” decided to stop answering the phone to me. He then arrived 10 minutes later to tell me again, the driver is on the way. I demanded that he found another driver to come and collect us and after a further 10 minutes a driver finally arrived. We made it to the airport with barely any minutes to spare due to traffic on the way. I am really not one to complain or tarnish a business but after all the money we spent to come on this holiday, I am left feeling nothing but disappointed. This was by far the worst holiday I have ever been on and I would never ever return to this hotel. I felt like it was a waste of money and I would not recommend it to no one.
