Location

This resort is a great starting point for beach holidaymakers who wish to get to know Alanya better. The resort is centrally located, only 150 m from a sandy beach, and various leisure activities are available in the area. A variety of restaurants, bars and shops are just a few metres away. Facility

    Great location, everything is near. To the beach is only 3 min walk. Beach chair cost 100 liras, same was the umbrella. Same to the cable car, 3 min walk, witch I really recommend. Room was ok and clean. Food is the same every day, so we eat out from time to time. One day we had live music, if you want more entertainment you have to visit Xperia other hotel about 10 min walk. Next time I will take another hotel. Was not worth that money I spent on that. Wi-Fi in the room was totally crap. Only place to have ok Wi-Fi was in the lobby. Pool is in the shade and water was really cold. I never saw somebody using this pool area.

    My husband and I have just returned from Xperia Grand Bali Hotel. Whilst this hotel is in an excellent location it is seriously let down by the food. The food was cold and there was definitely a lack of variety. This hotel does not cater for English visitors. We had to eat out the majority of the time which is disappointing when you have paid for all inclusive. The AI drinks are extremely disappointing too. You cannot have cocktails etc. we definitely didn’t get our monies worth. There are however some beautiful restaurants on the door step which was a blessing. The swimming pool is a big disappointment too. It is in a very shaded area and the whole week we were there we didn’t see one person in the pool. The beach however is fabulous and is a few minutes walk from the hotel. The beds and umbrella were 300 Turkish lira per day which we thought was reasonable. We did a boat trip whilst we were there which was brilliant and only 20 euros per person. Would highly recommend this trip. There are lots of shops and bars in the area, so choice of eating, drinking and shopping is great. The first room we were given smelt very strongly of cigarettes but we moved after the first night and the next one was much better. The room was clean and tidy albeit a bit dated. The shower was powerful and the air conditioning was great. The staff weren’t very friendly or approachable and did not make us feel welcome. I definitely would not rate this as a four star ( in my opinion). I would definitely go back to the beautiful resort of Alanya, but would not recommend this hotel for English travellers.

The hotel is good with fresh rooms that are just the right size, have good beds. There are mini fridges in the room, the room has a balcony. Very good cleaning. The staff are polite and helpful and the food in the hotel restaurant is very good. There is varied food at every meal. Great salad bar with good meals. Many thanks to the head chef Habib and his staff who arrange the good food. Very good restaurant bar with wonderful staff who are very helpful. Large pool with sun loungers and parasol. It's a very nice hotel that I would love to return to. It is very close to the sea, shops and attractions. The only problem is bad internet which is interrupted all the time.

    It took us a long time to choose a hotel. We decided on Xperia Grand Bali Hotel 4* We liked it very much. The food is absolutely normal. Everyone will find something to eat. We were surprised by the breakfast: a huge choice of cheeses, a lot of greens and vegetables. For lunch and dinner several kinds of meat or fish or both. Very tasty.Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, in the room every day replenish water and tea coffee sugar (there is an eletrokettle and cups). Also in the bathroom you are waiting ( shampoo conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, comb, cotton pads and cotton swabs) in the closet disposable slippers + sponge for shoes and a spoon for shoes. During this period at night is fresh, so we asked for blankets, we were quickly provided with them. The hotel itself is in walking distance from Cleopatra beach. Near a lot of stores, park, Alanya Teleferik and of course the gorgeous sea. At this time the water was 19-20 degrees, but it did not prevent swimming.
