Location

This hotel is conveniently located only 300 m from the lively city centre of Bodrum and its numerous shops and entertainment venues. A small public pebble/ sand beach can be found across the road from the hotel, while the nearest public transport stop is about 300 m away. Transfer time to Bodrum airport, at a distance of 35 km, is around 45 minutes

Facility

48 double rooms are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. The hotel provides a safe, a currency exchange service, room service and a laundry service. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

    Great location, avarage service, the room floor is not cleaned

    A great location, we got a room with a sea view for free because they needed 2 rooms to be free for a big family, and luckily one of the two they needed was ours, and they offered us moving to a sea view one, that was great. Breakfast ok, rooms are not cleaned properly, floor is not cleaned and there are big sleepy dogs everywhere, in a dining room at breakfast too. Greece is Greece, Turkey is Turkey, cheaper but with that cleaning and dog problem for me. I adore Turkey despite small objections though. Also, we couldn't arrange a taxi with a receptionist for the morning of our departure, like they didn't care.

    Wonderful family hotel right on the beach! Excellent and friendly staff (shout out to Halil on the front desk and Egeman in the bar! ) welcoming and superb service. Definitely will come again. Great value for money!!

    We booked a deluxe sea view room, it was tiny and not very clean. Windows and shower glass were dirty and smeary. Very little storage, only enough for a 2 or 3 night stay, No sheets on the bed, I had to find some in a cupboard as nobody was around to help.Loud piped music outside the room. No Wi-fi - they said fixed tomorrow ‘inshallah’ - not holding my breath! Aircom ok and quiet but dripped on the bed. Bodrum is lovely but don’t stay here.

    I want to thank all the staff of the hotel , the manager, the owner, the barman, housekeeper , every single person working at akkan beach hotel, Can also who was very helpful and solved a difficult situation at the beginning of our stay at another hotel of the group then he helped us to move to Akkan beach because we were not satisified with the first one for some reason ...well thank you I recommend this hotel because it is well located in bodrum right in front of the beach (private hotel beach) and in a walking distance withing the so famous street bar where you can find all the restaurants and bars you want , if you are looking for a " human behaving hotel " if I can say it like that just go there and don't worry they will take care of you, they made special meals for my old mom who was unfortunately seek during our stay in Bodrum , they helped us to find and communicate withe the hospital, gave us advices, arranged a late check out....they were all so kind and helpful with us , I don't remember all their names , murat was nice also . I will certainly come back to Akkan beach hotel in my next stay in Bodrum.

    Hotel is ok! But be very careful with the prices charged at the bar… totally abusive… beer and coffees can cost three times more than other places ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
