Avoid this place and you’ll be healthier — and you won’t be missing out on anything. I definitely do not recommend it.

The hotel was poorly maintained, dirty and clearly not up to the standard we expected when booking our holiday.One of the biggest concerns was the hygiene and cleanliness around the swimming pool. The pool was closed twice because someone had defecated in it. After a few days at the hotel, all of us started experiencing stomach pains and burning in our intimate areas. I developed a urinary tract infection, while my partner also developed an ear infection and had to take antibiotics. Given the hygiene issues at the hotel, we are extremely concerned about whether these health problems could have been related to the conditions there.The cleanliness of the rooms and towels was also completely unacceptable. On one occasion, after the towels had been changed, I noticed that one of the supposedly clean towels was visibly contaminated with faeces. This was absolutely disgusting and made us seriously question the hotel’s hygiene standards and laundry procedures.The food was another major disappointment. It was often served cold and the quality was extremely poor. My children struggled to find anything they could eat. On one morning, I even found a green egg at breakfast, which was completely unacceptable and extremely concerning from a food hygiene perspective.

Beautiful pool area.

We were a british family age 16 +. This hotel was a gem, like a beautiful oasis. The gardens are beautiful. The pool area is one of the best I have sat at. Exceptionally clean and no issue with sun beds or shade. The staff are very welcoming and try hard with the English language. The food has been tasty with something for everyone. The cleaning staff work hard all day on the rooms. It was good value for our money and met our needs.

We booked hotel accommodations. Upon arrival, we discovered the hotel was overbooked. We weren't able to spend our vacation there, but the fact that the hotel is selling more rooms than it has is unacceptable.

Amazing hotel,food and staff

This hotel is amazing.We are a family of 12( age from 5 yrs upto 80)We have currently been here 1 week and have 1 week left staying in the bungalows. From the food to the staff we can not fault anything. This is the 1st holiday we have done that my daughter has actually eaten. Everything is kept immaculate, the staff work tirelessly and are so friendly. We had a problem with the fridge not working once reported it was dealt with immediately.We have stayed in turkey before but this hotel has been our favourite and we will definitely be looking to return. Well done to all the hard working staff.

One Word describe this hotel - terrible??Rooms very small, dirty, full of humidity... Hygiene is on very low level - restaurant, Rooms...Food is disasterAnimation is disaster, too... Animators are not intrested for their job...Very bad expirience
