This comfortable hotel lies amidst stunning landscape directly beside the beach. It is around 1.5 km to the lively centre of Bodrum that features an abundance of shopping and entertainment opportunities that may easily be reached by shared taxi, regular bus or boat shuttle.

Facility

In addition to 19 villas/houses, guests can also choose from a selection of 235 rooms, including 6 suites and 200 double rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner is served as a buffet. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request.     It was early in the season and the hotel was undergoing some repairs in the lobby and at the entrance. Drywall dust in lobby and corridors. The staff is nice breakfast was very Lowe’s.

    Such an amazing vacation! We have been to many hotels in Turkey and abroad. This hotel exceeded our expectations especially the personnel. Literally every one was super kind, professional and went out of their way to provide an excellent service. Special thanks to the team at the beach restaurant and the beach bar. The alcoholic drinks were super good and of the highest quality. The food is a bit repetitive at the main restaurant but you can have pizza, burger, pasta and other dishes which are also of a great quality at the beach restaurant. The hotel's private beach is one of the best in Turkey. Clean, crystal clear and calm all the time. No waves at all and suitable for kids. Don't be put off by negative comments. We were a little apprehensive when we read the comments but everything turned out to be perfect. We had the deluxe sea view double room and it was perfect for us. Beautiful terrace with sun loungers, chairs and an amazing view. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to have an unforgettable holiday! We'll be back next year for sure.     Lovely stay at Azka Otel at end of the season. Location was great, with watertaxi and regular taxi very near to reach the city centre quickly. Not a very big resort, but that is something I prefer. Other guests were mainly other Turkish people and as I stayed at end of the season it wasn't too busy. The room could use some minor fixes, but was overall fine and spacious. I enjoyed the food at the general restaurant and the snack restaurant near the beach. For me the selection was more than plenty. What made my solo stay great was the friendliness of the staff. Especially Eren (tasty special cocktails), Okan (the extra care) and if I remember correctly Abdullah (my apologies if the name is not correct) for the table service at dinner.     Stayed 7 nights late September 2025 - all-inclusive.The first thing to say is that if you are not Turkish, do not book this hotel. It caters only for Turkish people, with the majority of staff only speaking Turkish.Pros - not manyIt is a lovely building in a great location in a bay with a private beach and cordoned swimming area.It is within walking distance of Bodrum - or you can take a water taxi to Bodrum harbour - €4/TL150 per person.The best area to relax is the lobby bar/terrace with a variety of seating options and cocktails (although the bar staff need to practice their Tequila Sunrises).The rooms are adequate with a good amount of storage space and furniture.Cons - too manyCatering -As an all-inclusive hotel you expect the mealtimes to be a highlight. Not here.The main dining room itself is a boring room with just LED ceiling lights and plain walls. The tables wobble and the chairs are uncomfortable.The food was basically the same every night - re-hashed versions of beef/turkey/chicken/lamb stews - dried fish - tasteless desserts.There were no "Theme Nights", which are normally a feature of such hotels.Most importantly- the food was often cold. The buffet dishes were not heated adequately and some had no lids to retain the heat. I asked about this and was told that they were broken - could someone not just buy replacements?Chefs wore blue gloves continuously while performing different tasks - instead of washing hands between tasks.Some cutlery was dirty.Table service was poor - I had to wander around the room to get a waiter to serve drinks.Breakfast catered only for Turkish people. There were no pork items. No cereal or fresh milk. No fresh fruit juice. No English tea. Coffee was only from a machine. The sausages were disgusting - the chips were cold - the only thing worth eating were the freshly cooked omelettes.Beach Bar -The beach bar does not serve food (burger and chips) until 1230 - which is lunch time at the restaurant. Therefore, you cannot get any substantial food between 1000 and 1230.Patisserie -The patisserie has a good selection of items - cakes - ice cream- gözleme. However, the staff cannot be bothered to either serve to table or clear tables. Very strange.Room Cleaning -Our room was not cleaned until about 1600 each day, until I complained about the lateness. It appears that they deal with checkout rooms first. After I complained, our room was cleaned at about 1000.Entertainment -There was good live entertainment on the first two nights of our stay - 24-25 September. After that, however, it stopped. I was told it was "off season". We had to put up with awful muzak - cover versions of old songs played on loop.The only music from that time was from the Prive hotel next door or from the idiots on boats moored offshore.Wi-Fi -The Wi-Fi was slow and patchy.I had to ask at reception how to log on - no written information given.Reception -The reception staff did not know what day of the week it was. Anything you asked they did not know. When I checked out, the lady took the keys from me without a word.

    Booked a 5* hotel and was sent to a dirty motel

    It’s a massive shame to need to give such a low rating given that the resort and most staff members were actually very lovely people offering a great level of hospitality. Unfortunately their colleagues actions have made it impossible to give a good review. We booked with an all inclusive week long holiday. The hotel was double booked and the receptionist lied to us saying they wanted to upgrade our room for 2 days and asked us to sign agreeing to the room change on our check-in form. We realised something was strange and wrote that we agreed to an UPGRADE to a sea view room. We were taken via a ‘shuttle’ which was a staff members car up the hill in the next road. This was to another establishment which I believe was a motel as I couldn’t find any stars online. We went in and the room was filthy, marks and holes on bedding, hair on the floor and bathroom. We immediately went back to the hotel and had to kick up a fuss, they said they’ll try get us back in tomorrow but nothing they could do for tonight. I told them they needed to at least have the room cleaned and the first night comped. They said they would get the room cleaned but had to speak with the general manager about the refund. We never heard back on this (and the room was not cleaned) and have had to waste a whole month trying to get this resolved. If I wanted to spend my trip on the phone and writing emails, I would have stayed in the office. The manager did not end up coming back to us on these, it wasn’t until we went back to the hotel ourselves that we met a lovely receptionist (Peri/Parissa) who took over matters and got us a room that afternoon. As much as I appreciate her help, this does not make up for the first hotel, the lies and the stress. I cannot get over the blatant lies and sneaky effort to try and have us sign something basically waiving what we were entitled to. This absolutely disgusting behaviour essentially ruined our whole trip. This ate into the first 2 days of a 5 day holiday. 40% ruined already. Not to forget I spent the last 2 days ill and throwing up (likely from the disgusting lack of hygiene standards for the first room), I was unable to eat and drink properly wasting the point of an all inclusive trip. 80% of my holiday was ruined. We also were not told about one of the restaurants having an additional charge. I can’t understand booking a restaurant which you have to pay for in an all inclusive trip. Nonetheless, Peri thankfully had enough understanding and empathy to comp this meal but unfortunately this does not make up for the start of the trip. This review is purely for management and the two unprofessional women checking us in who thought that two young girls wouldn’t kick up a fuss over being mistreated. The remainder of the staff were lovely individuals who really helped salvage what remained.
