Location

This hotel is located in 57,000 m² grounds, by the Gümbet coastline in Bodrum, where there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 245 rooms located in a 5-storey main building and several auxiliary buildings. At this holiday village, which includes a lift, guests are warmly welcomed by the English- and German-speaking staff. A check-in/check-out service is available at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Catering options include bed and breakfast and all-inclusive. Breakfast, a lunch buffet and a dinner à la carte offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The complex also offers snacks.

    Renovated, clean apartments, clean sheets, comfortable beds. Staff friendly.To be improved: Toaster is missing and they do not turn off the heating at 21h (although not cold).Excellent value for money.We'll be back. Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es. View originals.

    The place is nice because they have renovated it but the rooms are super broken, they don't go in to clean it and the last day they want you to clean it or they put a fine of 50€, the neighbors kept making noise and running and then they blame us despite having cameras. (They only look at the cameras to see if you have broken something and that you page it) The apartment offers you sheets but they are yellow. The food is not that bad and the cooks are very attentive and help you running. I think more than an apartment it's a bar because they only do the food well and are attentive when you eat in case you lack something. Also in the mini kitchen there is a tap and at reception they say you can drink from hay but a woman who was supposed to be the cleaner told us she had bacteria and at least I got bad Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es.     SCAMMERS!!! BE CAREFUL

    THEY ARE SCAMMERS! We made a reservation for the same day and without realizing it, the date changed automatically to the next day. We called at the minute and the girl told us not to worry, that she was writing it down and canceling the reservation but that you can't book on Sundays and that's why the date itself changes. okay I have called about 20 times and have only been able to speak to reception 3 times, each time they say call back the next day. I have left several messages and no one says anything. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WITHOUT ANY KIND OF EDUCATION.

    Lost its way

    I have stayed at Boi Taull Resort a number of times over the years and have taken my family to the Apartments since my girls were children. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable but the management seems to have allowed the family nature of the place slip away.We will not be going back.On New Year's Eve we were next to a group of young adults (mid twenties maybe) who partied hard unitl 4:00 AM making it impossible to sleep. One could argue that it was a special night but this group was only at the place for 24 hours and only came to party. Two nights later the room was occupied by professional rugby players who were literally wrestling at 1:00 Am!In the past, the only sound you would hear in the lace was a baby crying.It is really a pity that the current management has not kept the family nature of the place. The hotel is an easy 10 minutes drive from a great, small ski station which is again great for kids and still has a few challenging runs for adults.An added problem is that the new boilers in the rooms are badly adjusted so that the water never really got hot even though we had the mtc. techs in twice. The problem has to do with the freezing cold water which comes in from the street. The entire complex was on the verge of bankruptcy last year but rather than fixing things, it seems the management is just letting it keep running.The only bright spot is that many of the staff members are truly nice people and did their best for us although one got the feeling that they were doing more out of their own sense of service than any support from management.

    traveled on june 2010very simple room, not so comfortable to sleep in, we could practically hear everything from the rooms next to us, gorgeous view of the mountains outside, great breakfast
