  Great Food, Fantastic People & Entertainment to Remember!

  We had a fantastic week at the Bellazure Hotel and would happily recommend it.From the moment we arrived, the hotel made a really good impression. Everywhere was exceptionally clean, tidy and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The food was a real highlight too. There was plenty of choice and the quality was excellent throughout our stay. We certainly never went hungry!The entertainment deserves a special mention. We were genuinely impressed by the variety and quality of the shows. The African dancing was brilliant, with incredible juggling and some seriously impressive acrobatics, including the performers stacking themselves on top of each other! The Turkish dancers were equally impressive, with beautiful traditional dancing that gave us a real taste of the local culture. It was great to see entertainment that felt different and memorable.The staff really helped make our stay special. Jamil in the Spa deserves a particular mention for going above and beyond to be helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble and his friendly attitude really stood out.Resit, Ali and Mehmet in the restaurant were also wonderful. They looked after us throughout the week, always making us feel welcome and well cared for. Their service and friendly personalities really added to our experience.Overall, we had a brilliant holiday at the BellAzure. Great food, excellent service, a spotless and well-kept hotel and some fantastic entertainment.   Exceptional Beach Service and a Truly Relaxing Stay

  Today is my last day at this intimate, high-quality hotel. I have spent 12 wonderful days here.I’m a beach person, so I have spent almost every day from morning until evening on the beach, which is definitely one of the most important aspects of the hotel for me.The beach is cosy but absolutely beautiful, with soft sand and stunning turquoise water. You can also relax on the pier, reading a book or listening to music with your headphones. It is a little quieter there, and the staff will spoil you by bringing you drinks, melon or salty cucumbers — which, in this kind of weather, are actually perfect natural electrolytes.I really want to highlight the beach service, because it is truly exceptional. Snacks, drinks and Turkish tea are brought to you at just the right moments. Everything is so well thought out!Levent, the beach bar manager, keeps an eye on everything and makes sure every guest feels well looked after. The rest of the team — Mehmet, Sergen, Metin, Süreyya, Baver... unfortunately, I don’t know everyone’s names — all go above and beyond to make guests’ time here as enjoyable as possible. And most importantly, they always do it with a smile and genuine kindness. :)The food at the beach bar is also so good that I didn’t even go to the hotel restaurant for lunch. You can get everything here — pizza, fries, salads, soup, pide, pasta... There is really no need to leave the beach!I also couldn’t leave out the excellent service and wonderful, perfectly seasoned food in the main restaurant. The food really surprised me — everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and nothing was bland. At dinner, the dishes served by the wonderful chef wearing the tall chef’s hat were always a real highlight.The entire waitstaff is very friendly, especially Velit, who knows a few phrases in Polish and was always very polite and kind to both me and my mother.As for areas for improvement, I would definitely mention the animation team. If they weren’t wearing T-shirts saying “Animation Team”, I honestly would have wondered whether they existed at all. For me, the lack of daytime activities wasn’t a problem, as I was mainly focused on relaxing on the beach, but I think some guests might be disappointed by this.On the other hand, I rate the evening shows performed by external artists very highly.Overall, I rate this hotel very highly and would happily come back here again. I especially recommend it to people looking for a relaxing holiday and, like me, who love spending their days on the beach.   Unacceptable Room Conditions and Lack of Accountability

  I’ve stayed at many hotels throughout Turkey over the past four years while traveling between the USA and Turkey, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.  This was completely unacceptable and, frankly, a disgrace.Upon arrival, we checked into this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from the start.Must see photos!The first issue we noticed was the lack of valet service and an on-site parking lot. Guests are required to find street parking, which is inconvenient and especially frustrating considering the price of the hotel.We were then made to wait approximately three hours before being given access to our room. The bellman even stated that the room had not been occupied for some time.When we finally opened the door, we were immediately hit with an extremely foul sewer-like odor. When we brought this to the bellman’s attention, we were told to simply leave the door open because the room had not been used in a while. This is completely unacceptable.The condition of the bathroom was even more concerning. There was visible mold growing in the shower, entryway walls and bedposts as well as significant rust and mold around the blinds and window. The room was not only unpleasant but appeared to have serious cleanliness and maintenance issues, which posses a health risk, especially anyone who has asthma.I contacted the front desk to request a different room. The staff member told me that she would try to find another room but could not guarantee one would be available. Under these circumstances, no guest should be expected to stay in a room with a strong sewer odor and visible mold. An hour and half has goone by and the hotel staff never contacted us back about rectifying the situation. As a personNeedless to say, checked out of this hotel and booked a different one.For the price they charge, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. The hotel is also approximately a 15-minute walk from the beach.Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and based on the condition of the room, the lack of parking, the excessive wait for the room, and the inadequate response from staff, I would not recommend this hotel and would never stay here. Update: Three hours after we informing the hotel staff that we would be checking out due to the lack of resolution and poor customer service regarding the issues with our room, they sent a message stating they refuse to provide a refund for the entire stay, even though we waited three hours to receive the room pictured.Instead, they stated that they would treat our early departure as a “no-show” and charge us for one night.This is egregious when the room was uninhabitable, filthy, a health hazard and the smell in the room was horrendous!

  Very bad and disappointing

  The hotel itself is very good. The food is some of the best I have experienced in a hotel, and the guests were friendly and had no problems.Unfortunately, the animation team was one of the worst I have ever experienced. They had almost no energy or enthusiasm, as if they were working without being paid. Most of the activities were basically done by the guests themselves, and the DJ music was also very poor.As someone who enjoys sports, I was especially disappointed. I attended yoga, but some of the exercises seemed completely incorrect and unsafe. There was also aqua gym, which felt more like joking around than a proper sports activity.One particular animator, I think her name was Ipek, repeatedly pressured me to go to a disco that was actually about an hour away, while telling me it was nearby. I also felt uncomfortable with the way the disco and bingo were being promoted. There was pressure throughout my holiday to buy tickets and participate, which made it difficult to simply relax and enjoy my vacation.What bothered me even more was being asked around five times to write a positive comment for the hotel. At one point, she even told me that she was a student and that I should help her. I don’t think guests should be made to feel responsible for helping staff get reviews.Communication was another major problem. She sometimes forgot that we had already spoken, and instead of speaking to me directly in English, she would even communicate with me through her phone. ??For a tourist hotel, I was also surprised that almost nobody on the staff could communicate properly in English, French or German. This is the first tourist destination I have visited where I found that so many staff members spoke only Turkish.Overall, the hotel, food and guests were excellent, but the animation team and communication seriously affected my holiday experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the animation program and staff training
