    I have to say I agree with everything GlobeTrotting401804 has said in their review.I will add, We arrived about 9pm booked in and was shown to our rooms, when we got there our room had a cot in it(our granddaughter is 9 years old) We asked to change rooms but was told there are no other rooms available.Now we had to wait for another bed to be brought up(which was broken). All the time we were waiting there was nowhere to get the kids any food. On the website it says there are tea and coffee making facilities in room which there wasn't also a mini bar which infact was just an empty fridge. Our balcony was being held together with a piece of string. As for food? Not good. Swimming pools esp the slide pool was chaos when it was open, grown adults throwing themselves down them while people esp kids hadn't swam out of the way. Why was there no life guards/Supervisors there?. The music(crap) was full blast for most of the day untill 11pm so early nights were out of the question for the kids. The place has a bad name with locals and people we met that had stayed there before. My advice would be esp if you are from and English speaking country don't bother with this place there are better alternatives around Bitez.

    Well,I leave in a couple of days but I'll review now..I've been to Turkey around 6 times before so know what a good hotel is. I have to say this hotel is possibly the worst one in the way that the food is weird. No butter, no coffee, the sunbeds are packed in like sardines, some really miserable staff but we did manage to find one young lad who was brilliant but left early. There's a weird queuing system for tea which is at 7pm and very late for me. I don't know if we booked the wrong month but September is definitely not a time for Brits to go at this time. The music is very Turkish and Eastern Block orientated which is fair enough but not all night for God's sake. Our hotel keys have stopped working a few times. The replacement towels I've asked for in our room have not materialised. Our room is very dark but TBF the cleaners do a good job. Snacks are okay mid-afternoon and the burgers are great. Pool is freezing but you get used to it. Beer is Tuborg and it's not too bad... no rum though which is strange. We've had a fantastic time though down at the beach front which is fantastic and a pulling point for Bitez . some places are more expensive than others... So, would I come back to Bitez! Yes.... just not back to this hotel as it's not geared towards Brits and the food is just odd...but you make your own mind up

    Lovey hotel, fantastic staff and beautiful location

    On initial check in our rooms did not meet the standard we expected and had experienced the previous year however we were immediately provided with more appropriate accommodation which we were very pleased with. The service and facilities here are great and particular credit to be given to the entertainment staff who worked really hard every day well into the late evening. Overall we have had no complaints with the meals and drinks and the bar staff are very attentive, beautiful location, clean and welcoming.     Jus had a lovely relaxed week at this hotel.Lots of positives.Lovely staff (hard working, cleaning and clearing all day), comfy beds, good air con. Food available all day. Plenty of sun loungers, 3 pools. Foam parties in the pool the kids loved. Well kept grounds, lots of cats and kittens for kids to pet. Peaceful place no rowdy drunks, fighting or arguing.Short walk to beach, plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants.Our room was nice with plenty of storage. Our bathroom was very dated and would benefit from refit but we didnt go on holiday to spend a week in the shower. It was fully functional so no issue.Food is predominantly turkish which I dont mind. There is a pool bar serving food 12-5. Chips, pasta, burgers etc if that is more to your taste.We had massage at the spa, really good and good value.We didnt book trips through the hotel, very expensive. We booked with Ali at Alina travel by the beach great trips, good value and lovely food.Supermarket we used was A101 like a normal supermarket, very cheap.We had a lovely stay.
