    This place is gross. Our room had ants, a used bandaid in the bathroom, no tissues, and stained furniture and linens. The guests are trash. Someone has their TV on full volume at 2am. If we were not exhausted from traveling, we would have left.The breakfast was terrible. Everything is hyper processed and understocked. There was not a piece of fresh fruit to be seen. They only put out a few of each item so they are gone in an hour. There was no plant based milk.

    they better give my money back for the horrible experience or im sueing them for goin through my stuff when i was gone. at my daughter birthday party. and for over charging and trying to steal over a hundred dollars off my credit card

    The bathroom had black mold, the lock on the door was busted. Overall there is a lack of maintenance for the hotel. Many items seemed busted.

    The good thing is the swimming pool and hot tub were very warm. Hot tub was about same temp as the pool. The first night we had the pool to ourselves. Second night we did not. The towels in the pool area had some orange stuff on them. Rust? Some did. Some didn’t. Both nights. They have shampoo and conditioner on the wall in tub. In our daughter’s room they also had lotion in the bathroom. Not ours. I did do a little dusting in the bathroom. The beds were good. Sleep was good. Now the breakfast. Was until ten each morning. The second time they stopped bringing food out like forty five minutes before ten o’clock. Basically no hot food. I even told one of the workers and he said breakfast was done. People were coming in and leaving due to nothing basically there. Waffle maker did not work both days. Orange juice was out. I ended up having toast and kiddie type fruit. Another person mentioned what was going on to a manager or whoever he was. Around nine thirty all I saw was some guy on his phone. Hope they get their act together for the meals.
