Made welcome on arrival, meal times and bar times were all made aware, room was cleaned every day and sheets changed, staff are really nice and friendly, food is great. In general the cleanliness of the premises is 100% I offered to pay extra for late check out on the day due to a 22:00 flight but was not necessary. I got an invitation back to stay again. I tipped generously even though I never felt under any obligation too. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Bitez.

Personal Assessment: Just returned from a relaxing two weeks and we couldn’t find fault.Hotel: Clean, peaceful and well presented.Staff: Couldn’t fault the staff (Bars, waiters, chefs, reception, cleaners etc.), polite, friendly and extremely attentive - nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The vibes amongst the staff and relationship to managers are as good as we’ve seen.Food: Mediterranean buffet style. Plenty of choice and continually stocked, something for everyone be it breakfast, lunch, snack bar or evening meal.Management: Always around, available to speak to and well prepared to lead by example by mucking in and guiding staff (Not simply issuing orders).Atmosphere: A real family managed hotel.
