  Worst hotel ever

  The worst all inclusive hotel I have ever been to.It is it's dirty things falling apart, very run downToilets, by pull stunk of who knows what cannot decide, how bad it was.Not much for choice on food and drink.However, no information given at reception on times of anything.No information on food you are eating.This is not a four star hotel.More likely needs to be closed down or have lot work done to it, make it better.We had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll.What we did not get and had to ask again, and on the third occasion, we waited until they gave it to us.Poor customer serviceNot very cleanNot much entertainment for the kidsNo ice cream for kidsSnack bar had only three options and only open 2 hours a day.Please do a lot.Look at the good reviews and think this is ok hotel.We do not have high standards, and this was not a very good high hotel.It looks like the good reviews are people Local people. If you're british. Do not go to this hotel.Please don't book this hotel.I

  Avoid at all cost

  Firstly 1 star is 1 to many, I would advise anyone thinking of booking this hotel to avoid it at all cost. I came here as it was advertised as a 4 star all inclusive hotel, the pictures looked perfect for a nice family holiday. Well how wrong was I , this hotel should be closed down. The rooms were filthy, birds nest and mess in the corridors, lift not working, rooms not once cleaned or fresh towels during the stay, mini fridge had black mould in it, cockroaches everywhere, pool area a rotten mess, staff were raciest, no entertainment for children unless you paid, we got denied drinks unless we gave a tip, the staff were making comments about English girls when a lovely young lady could speak Turkish pulled them up, the food hall was rotten and you barely got a look in and no allergen notices , white bread and seeded bread being cut on the same board everyone touched the bread, it was disgusting.When i complained no one would help we had to eat out and spend money when we had already paid for all inclusive, we were also told that the nice rooms are for the locals that visit regularly My grandson got worms and a bad rash on his face myself and daughter got diarrhoea, my grandson has SEN needs and was denied a coke as he did not like the little cups of water.No WiFi unless you sit in the lobbyPlease read all the reviews, you will find some good ones written by the locals but don’t be fooled. This place needs closing down asap , the beach is just as bad dirty sun beds and the beach bar only has larger , when we went out and other restaurant owners asked where we were staying they apologised as they knew how bad it is AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  ? 1-Star Review – Golden Beach HotelIf you're looking for filthy rooms, no hot running water, mould in the bathrooms and a rock-hard bed, then Golden Beach Hotel might be the place for you!We have just returned from our holiday today, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.Our room went SIX DAYS without being cleaned, despite us asking at reception every single day. We ran out of toilet paper and eventually had to go out and buy our own because none was brought to the room. We also waited three days for clean towels.And before this gets put down to a "language barrier" — there absolutely wasn't one. We are a half-Turkish family and speak both Turkish and English, so our requests were perfectly understood.Mealtimes were another shambles. There were around four main dishes to choose from, and on occasions we waited approximately 20 minutes just for clean plates and cutlery because they couldn't keep up with washing them.We also felt extremely uncomfortable with the behaviour of some of the male waiting staff, who seemed to spend far too much time standing around staring at female guests rather than providing the level of service you'd expect from a hotel.The positives? The swimming pool was a good size, and the hotel is conveniently located near the town centre, which was fortunate because it meant we could easily go elsewhere to buy food and other essentials.After paying for a holiday, you shouldn't have to repeatedly chase for the absolute basics: hot water, a clean room, toilet paper, clean towels, plates and cutlery.If you want to take your loved ones away for a relaxing holiday, based on our experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We certainly wouldn't return.

  This is not a 4* if I could I would rate this 0 and shut it down. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience – do not recommendOur stay at the Golden Beach Hotel was absolutely appalling and, in our opinion, completely unacceptable. This was not a case of a few minor inconveniences — there were serious problems throughout our stay that had a major impact on our holiday.When we arrived, our room had not been properly cleaned. The room had unpleasant and disgusting smells, and the condition of the bathroom was extremely poor. The shower was filthy and in a terrible state, and the toilet was broken and leaking. There were also problems with leaking water from the fridge, and the fridge in the room had mould inside it, which was completely unacceptable.The standard of hygiene was particularly concerning. We were provided with dirty towels and dirty bedding, which is simply not acceptable in any hotel. We also had problems with flies, adding to the already poor standards of cleanliness.The dining area was another major disappointment. There were far too many cats around and inside the dining area, which we found extremely unhygienic and unpleasant, particularly while trying to eat. There were also broken dining chairs, which gave the whole area a neglected and poorly maintained appearance.To make matters worse, there was no water for several hours on one day, leaving guests unable to properly use the toilets or showers. This was extremely frustrating and added to an already unacceptable situation.The overall condition of the hotel gave the impression that basic cleaning, maintenance and hygiene were simply not being taken seriously. We raised concerns, but the experience left us feeling that our complaints were not dealt with with the urgency or seriousness they deserved.A holiday should be a chance to relax, but our stay was stressful, uncomfortable and extremely disappointing. Paying money for accommodation should mean receiving a basic standard of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance and service. Unfortunately, we did not receive that here.We would absolutely not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering booking this hotel to think very carefully and look elsewhere.

  We had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay at Golden Beach Hotel Bodrum. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The hotel has a lovely holiday atmosphere, and the location is perfect for enjoying the sea, sunshine, and everything Bodrum has to offer.One of the things we appreciated the most was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was smiling, approachable, and willing to help whenever we needed something. Their positive attitude made a big difference and made our holiday feel much more comfortable.The animation team deserves a special mention. There were activities during the day, and it was easy to join in and have fun. The atmosphere was lively without being too overwhelming. Whether you wanted to relax by the pool or participate in activities, there was something for everyone.The pool and beach areas were also highlights of our stay. Spending the day swimming, enjoying the sunshine, and relaxing by the sea was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel is a great choice for anyone who wants a classic summer holiday with plenty of opportunities to relax and have fun.The food and drinks were also enjoyable, with a good variety of options throughout the day. We especially liked being able to spend most of our time at the hotel without having to worry about where to eat or what to do next.Overall, Golden Beach Hotel gave us a lovely holiday experience. Of course, no hotel is perfect, but what really makes this place special is the warm atmosphere, friendly staff, beautiful location, and fun activities.A big thank you to everyone at Golden Beach Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. We left with great memories and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recommended for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Bodrum! ??????
