  Simply amazing and breathtaking

  Cap Bodrum is one of the best hotels I have been in recent years. Next to Gundogan (in the Bodrum area) everything you may think of is spectacular. The facilities are amazing and the view from our bedroom was breathtaking. Room was a suite type (living room area, bedroom area, two bathtooms) and very nice. Infinity pool once again amazing particularly regarding the views. And access to the beach, just crossing a small path (that you can use for a 20’ walk downtown Gundogan) was easy. The beach area is the typical in the Bodrum hotels I have visited with no sand and some small stones. So if you are with kids, forget about given them a bucket to play in the sand. But you have plenty of chairs, umbrellas, etc and the area is serviced from the bar and restaurant the hotel has in the beach. Food wise, the breakfast is what you can expect (Turkish with style) and good quality. Lunch at the beach, was ok, but foodwise do not expect miracles. If you are there is because the location is great and I mean great, great, and the food is ok. And dinner was also kind of ok, but not an unforgettable experience. Finally, the staff. I have to say that in Turkiye service tends to be quite good. But in Cape Bodrum is really fine on every front: from the front desk, to the restaurants, to the bars. Amazing. Price wise it is not a cheap place (we paid around 1000 Euros for 3 nights but one of the nights was during the Bayram holidays when it is high season. My recommendation would be to go outside the high season because the price can go to more than 500 Euros per night. Anyway, amazing place.

The premises are in excellent condition, and the sea is simply beautiful.The team works like a beehive — efficient, harmonious, and full of energy. Breakfast is delicious, with every item carefully selected. The cheeses and all other ingredients are specially sourced with care and attention to quality.The suite rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the difference and the quality — it only takes 45 minutes to truly notice the level of excellence.Customer experience is clearly the top priority — from guest relations to beach staff, waiters and waitresses, chefs, and reception. Every touchpoint reflects thoughtfulness and professionalism, making it an unforgettable experience. (always smiling staff)Gündoğan is also a fantastic location — peaceful yet perfectly placed between Türkbükü and Yalıkavak. We’ve been coming here for the past nine years or so, and it never disappoints. You can enjoy morning walks along the bay, and the local food scene is excellent. The famous Çakıltaşı restaurant is within walking distance of the hotel and offers a true taste of the region. (recommended for lunch and maybe for dinner-cosy, not luxurious)It’s also worth mentioning that Anda, the hotel’s restaurant, is a great choice for dinner. Evenings at the beach are magical, with music and a DJ who’s been playing here for the last 6–7 years — always delivering the perfect vibe. The sunbeds are very comfortable, and the capacity is just right, ensuring guests have plenty of space and relaxation.From the moment you arrive, you can feel the difference — it only takes about 45 minutes to sense the high quality and care that defines this place.   From check-in to check-out it was perfect! A wonderful refreshing hibiscus drink on arrival and seated check-in and a thorough guide to our rooms. Room service was varied and quick. Beds were comfortable with a pillow menu and blackout curtains. Mosquito plug-in provided but not required, modern bathrooms up-to-date and housekeeping was excellent with plentiful amenities and towels if required. A fresh fragrance fills the hotel corridors. Pool bed mattresses so incredibly comfortable too and plentiful. Pool area was spotless and well maintained with the most stunning views and perfect lounge music. The beach was peaceful and perfect with a button by the sunbeds for service if required. Anda restaurant felt like some of the best beach clubs in Europe with more space, better service and better, more reasonable food. Lovely background music and vibe, especially on Sunday when there is a DJ. Never a wait for a table even in July and a lovely quality crowd. Predominantly Turkish guests and hotel has a very similar feel to most Four Seasons (especially the one in Istanbul). Customer Relations WhatsApp is instant and nothing is a problem. Staff at breakfast are unbelievably attentive and so pleasant. A huge benefit having breakfast available until midday. Food choice was unlimited and nothing was missing. A coffee area plus Movenpick ice cream was available at the hotel. The upmarket gift shop also had great jewellery, Lancaster suncream etc..The Hairdresser- Erol was fantastic too. We didn’t try the spa but the gym had everything you need. WiFi was great. If one was to be extremely critical, then yoga/Pilates classes in a studio/outdoors would have been nice. Maybe a fresh juice counter at breakfast with some varieties other than pomegranate and orange would been good too. (To bear in mind is the absence of Ubers in bodrum and a taxi can only be called by the hotel that you are at for that area. Taxis are very cheap and it can take sometimes up to 45 minutes for a taxi to reach the hotel from Yalikavak, but we did have to resort to VIP transfers on our return at end of the evening, at five times the price in order to get back to the hotel without queuing after dinners out. We will definitely be returning to a hotel so close to the upmarket Yalikavak & Turkbuku without the extortionate price tag of the Mandarin Oriental, Edition and Maxx Royal. Simply perfect.   Rushed and Disorganized – Not Worth It

  I booked a Turkish Hammam at Cape Bodrum Bluwell Spa for my wife, but the experience was so poorly managed that she walked out without completing the treatment. Staff originally assured me there was time and explained a proper sauna-steam-scrub process, but then rushed her straight to the scrub after just one quick sauna session. It felt careless and unprofessional. When I voiced my concerns, spa management showed no accountability. They’re clearly overbooking and pushing clients through. Not relaxing, not respectful — definitely not worth it.
