    All facilities were closed because of Covid19. We used only the room. Furnitures and kitchen equipments are old and must be changed . İt is not located close to the beach and city center but it is also easy to reach.

    Location is excellent. Hotel is very clean. Have good housin plan. Have two swimmimg pool for kids. This is a really good benefit for families with little kids.Personeli iş very nice, very mind, poliste, and very helpful towarda customers.     I stayed in room 91 at this hotel from 22/08/19 till 27/08/19. The only faults I have with it was I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. The room we were given contained 1 double bed and one single bed, leaving me having to sleep on the sofa during our stay which has given me a back ache. I was told the settee in the lounge was a sofa bed, I inspected all angles of the sofa and it was not a sofa bed. My second complaint is that the air conditioner in the lounge only worked after 6pm, I reported the fault 3 times during my stay but gave up on the 3 time as it seemed the air conditioner seemed to be on a timer from the technicians department because when I reported the fault it worked minutes after and whilst the technician came to guy the fix the problem. When I come back from going out and switched on the lounge air conditioner it didn’t work until after 6pm. This happened every day during my stay. After the third complaint i gave up reporting the faulty air conditioner. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked perfectly ok at all times Only a few of the hotel staff understood limited English which made it difficult to communicate properly with them. My third and final complaint is that WiFi is limited to the reception area only which I found annoying. Apart from that stay at the hotel was ok.     A really lovely hotel, clean, a fabulous location, but, not for everyone

    10 night all inclusive. Late check in, apartment was quite a walk from the pool/restaurant, uneven path and steep in places. The hotel caters predominantly to Turkish guests which shows in the food served and the loud music played. Several times the kitchen ran out of certain foods which were not replaced, Turks do not believe in queing either! Little or no English spoken by the staff, google translate became our best friend. Hotel is set on a hill with fabulous views and is very clean.     Lovely place and very clean. It is on top of the hill with a lovely view! Great food and within the budget! Highly recommend it. However it can be a bit far from the beach but that does not put me off!Staff will have difficulty understanding English but there are selected people who can understand and communicate well.
