    I made several reservations with this Ena hotel at Expedia. As Expedia changes their prices on a daily basis, I was cancelling and rebooking again to get the best price. This is normal practice, as travel sites do change their prices often. Nevertheless, I was contacted by this hotel on early Sunday morning and the guy shouted at me "You made a few reservations with us!" I asked him what's the problem, then he suddenly DEMANDED that I cancel my final reservation with them. I told him that I won't cancel and that he needs to change the tone of his voice, and he literally responded with "I will report you to Expedia as you are insane". I don't know if this is a normal way for this hotel to communicate or just the specific employee's brain melted that day... but it doesn't matter, really. This was an outstandingly bad, rude attitude to a customer, that caused problems where no problem existed. Don't be misled by how nice the hotel looks like on pictures. Treat yourself by staying out of this place, unless you like sudden rude attitude by a hotel management. I am so upset with them that will never choose this hotel again and will give them a fame by all means possible that they won't recover from ever.

    Very bad air conditioning... no cooling.. be prepared for sleepless nights!!

    I stayed here from 12th to 16th April 2025. All the 4 nights, I could not sleep, as the hotel is centrally air conditioned.This was not mentioned by the hotel.. just said Air Conditioned on Booking.com, which was mis guiding. When I brought this to their notice, I was told that the other guests feel cold...? And nothing can be done. Only thing good was their breakfast and superb hospitality. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I was very disappointed and upset and could have stayed somewhere better!!!!

    Positive: We chose this hotel due to the location and because it looked really nice. The staff that were there were great, but they were few. Compared to 4 other properties we stayed at over our two weeks in Turkey, the staff present here were the most minimal. And this property was the most expensive of the 5. I understand Bodrum is expensive, but this was on up there comparatively speaking. The property is super close for walking down to the main shopping streets and restaurants. They were also great with parking the car. Pool was also very nice as it was 100 + degrees F while we were there. The suite was great as well and the AC worked well after it eventually got going.Negative: Don’t laugh, but my biggest pet peeve here was being charged for a small bucket of ice. I have traveled all over the world, and I cannot remember paying for a bucket of ice. Especially for a $400+ room. It was not a lot of money for the ice, it was more about the principal. Simply ridiculous and petty.

    Friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool, great terrace with views across the bay. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. The hotel is just off the beach front so peaceful but near to everything. Huge breakfast buffet.     This is a beautiful quiet boutique hotel in a great location close to the harbour in Bodrum.The rooms are modern with a high standard of cleanlinessLots of bars and restaurants nearby.The view from the rooftop bar/restaurant was absolutely beautiful.We loved our time here.
