Located on a small hill next to Bardakçı Bay, the hotel is approximately 400 m from the centre of Gümbet and 3 km from the larger cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum. There are numerous restaurants, bars, nightlife, shops and a tourist office in Gümbet. Links to the public transport network are in front of the hotel. Milas Airport is about 40 km away.

Guests have a choice of 70 rooms, including 5 suites, 2 studios and 43 double rooms, located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.
