    This is a convenient hotel for transportation but not for cleanliness or amenities. A shower cap, toilet roll and 1 bottle of water. Walls tired, stains on headboard, doors won’t lock and flooding bathroom. Also legs covered in bites. Not from the evening out as I had jeans and socks. Staff and breakfast are lovely but would not return.     I had a fantastic stay here in noba, the rooms were very clean and it was not far from the centof Rome.     Lovely stay at Noba Hotel Residenze

    Had a lovely stay at the Noba Hotel Residenze, the staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean with a comfy bed. Everything working well, good air con and black out curtains. Good hotel, nice and quiet and I always had a good night's sleep. Nomentana station is just around the corner, there is a small shop at the top of the street and it is within walking distance to Libia Metro, supermarket, pharmacy and local amenities. The buses 66 and 90 stop outside the hotel and will take you to Termini station within 20 - 25 mins. When staying at the hotel you get 20% off food from the Figo Restaurant which is next door. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable, again staff are very helpful. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again, thank you Noba.     Bitter sweet stay

    Our experience in the noba hotel was bitter sweet. Starting with my dad’s hotel room door did not lock. Multiple times we asked for it to be fixed, and each time the “technician” was sent to fix it, the door still did not lock. My dad had asked to be switched rooms but was told they was full. The WiFi did not work on the 5th floor, but did at the reception, which was quite annoying. Overall…. The rooms were very clean and decorated modern. The staff were lovely and helpful! The location is about 20 minutes in a bus to the city centre, and a bus stop is located outside the hotel. The breakfast provided by the restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious and had a great selection of foods! And the beds were comfy! Windows also did keep noise from main road to a minimum.     Biggest disappointment in Rome

    We had booked a 12 day tour with WingBuddy in Italy and our first nights stay was at the Art Nobo Hotel. When we left after an enjoyable 1 night stay their front desk clerk said we will see you again on Wednesday for a 2 night stay and showed me the paperwork. When we arrived on Wednesday a new clerk was to check us in. He was very rude and arrogant. Said we did not have a reservation for this hotel. We explained we had stayed here 5 days prior and had been told we had a reservation plus showed him the paperwork we had. He said he could do nothing as the hotel was full. Said it was our fault for not checking. Thanks goes out to WingBuddy for finding us another hotel. After travelling 500kms that day to Rome we just wanted to relax. But instead we spent over 3 hours trying to figure out where we were going to sleep that night. Even our rep said the hotel and clerk did nothing to help fix a mistake they made. We did not get to spend time with our group and wasted hours in frustration dealing with Nobo staff. We had to cancel dinner plans to join others for a celebratory anniversary dinner in our honour. I would never stay at this place again with how the staff treated us. He was more worried about the 30 new people coming in that night and how frustrated he was after just having 2 weeks vacation and coming in to this.
