Location

The apartment complex is located around 100 m from the beach and the centre of Gümbet, with its countless shops and business amenities. It represents the ideal starting point for those wishing to see the sights of the town, Bodrum castle, or the amphitheatre. It is approximately 2 km to Bodrum. Bitez bay is about a 10-minute drive away by minibus. It is around 45 km to Bodrum airport.

Facility

60 non-smoking rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and 4 auxiliary buildings. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a playroom and a library.     An Amazing Place - So Many Great People & So Much Fun

    I travelled solo looking for a chilled out week with some good food and cold beer along the way. From the time I arrived to the moment I left, I was in awe of how great the owners and staff are, so attentive and great fun to be around. There were quite a few like minded solo travellers there at the same time, and so if you're willing to join in and put yourself out there, you will have the most amazing time. Once you've been you won't be able to resist coming back, as you'll have become part of their lovely family. I met people that were in their tenth, fifteenth, twenty-fifth years of going to the Green House. Karaoke and BBQ / Entertainment nights were the best nights and shouldn't be missed. The food is great and the beer is always cold. Thanks to Chris and the team for making it such a memorable and enjoyable time. Jack never failed to make me laugh anytime he came near me, one of so many fab individuals on the staff.     Back from a weeks stay here a couple of days ago and already thinking about when I can go back. It was my first solo holiday and I couldn’t have picked anywhere better. I now feel part of the family. The staff are all amazing, polite and professional but also ready to join in for a laugh and some banter. Dino, Jack, Hero, Harry & Tyson (not their real Turkish names!) the place would not be the same without you. Chris and Darra as owners are fantastic, can’t do enough for you. I highly recommend the barbecue night, one of the most fun nights I’ve had. My face was hurting from smiling and laughing so much. I met people who have been coming to stay here for years and I understand why. I’ve made genuine friends for life with staff and guests and I will be back as soon as I can!     Fantastic holiday best in Turkey and been few holidays in Turkey

    Amazing solo stay – felt like family

    Just back from a wonderful solo trip to The Greenhouse and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the incredible staff and friendly guests made me feel right at home. I was solo, but never felt on my own. ​A massive thank you to Kris, Deano, Ahmed (the undisputed bingo caller!!), Harry, Dara, and the barman (whose name I can't remember - sorry!) for the fantastic hospitality and laughs, and to chef Hassan for the spot-on food (another shoutout for the Mexican pizza!). Shout-out also to the cleaning team for keeping the place immaculate! Staff all seemed to have worked there for years, and run a tight ship. The location perfect - close to the action but still peaceful; spotless throughout; incredible meals. ​I'd love to return. Thank you all for a brilliant holiday and have a great season ahead!     My brother and I stayed at the Green house apartments 24/4 for 14 nights.We had 2 rooms D1 and D2 which were just up one flight of stairs from reception.On arrival we were greeted by Oral who quickly checked us in.The apartments are so clean spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the street.All the staff and bar staff are amazing and treat you like family.Special mention to Chris,Dara Oral, Deano ...no... every single member of staff.You should be proud of yourselves.Their are 2 beautiful pools to use and sunbathe around.The food at the Green house is amazing quality and value for money.The Mexican pizza is absolutely beautiful ...homemade hot and spicy.The full English breakfast,Scrambled eggs on toast,Chicken wraps,Sausage and chips and bacon and cheese toasties are perfect to soak the Efes up.All in all a perfect 2 weeks at a perfect place.Thank you.
