    On 30 September 2022, I went to Güleç Hotel to check in for my stay of 4 nights in Bodrum. I called the owner a couple of days before arriving, I let him know about my arrival and departure date and he confirmed my reservation orally. I suggested to transfer deposit money but he told me that wasn't needed. On the day of the arrival, I have been informed that they were booked. I called the owner who wasn't there and he told me a group called after me and he gave the room to them. He said, FORTUNATELY, he didn't take my deposit. He also said I could come back two days later. It was a very disrespectful conversation.He didn't say any word of apologies and I started my holidays with the terrible feeling this situation gave me. Then I found a nice peaceful place and tried to forget about it.One month later, I believe that people who read this should know about this event.I stayed 3 times in Hotel Güleç before but now they lost me. I will never stay there again.

    We have been staying at Gulec hotel every time we come to Bodrum, Turkey. This is a real family atmosphere. We know the owner and everyone that works here. It is quite with clean and comfortable rooms. Real Turkish Breakfast every morning is served in the garden and is awesome. It is close to water and the Bazaar and all shopping areas. Everyone is extremely friendly and make you feel at home. The prices are very good with all amenities. We love it.

    There’s no free parking anymore although it still states it on the amenities listing. I’ve chose this hotel considering I had free parking as driving around turkey so this was important. Everyone was nice during the stay but this situation was a bit unpleasant. Nice garden. Quiet hotel near centre and beach.

    This hotel was clean, within a short walk to water and shops, restaurants, and has a nice garden area where breakfast is served. The price is very affordable, but other than that, there are many other hotels in Bodrum that may offer more amenities closer to water or with view. Also, there was a night club or some place with loud music both nights I stayed that was rather annoying until around midnight.

    No frills budget hotel - the rooms are small but you have enough space to chill out and sleep comfortably- air conditioning was included in the price also. The hotel was very clean and surrounded by beautiful trees and plants which was lovely.Breakfast was on the small side but very tasty.Staff were friendly Good location near the beach I would recommend the stay if you literally need a b&b :)
