    A great hotel in a fantastic location on the beach. The hotel had a lovely outdoor pool with had excellent availability of sun beds at the pool and beach. The beach had an amazing staff and Eugene was amazing. I highly recommend.

    ????? A Little Piece of Paradise in Bitez – 10/10! ??????From the moment I arrived at Ambrosia in Bitez, I knew this was somewhere special. A fantastic, Irish/Turkish family-run resort with amazing hospitality, great food, wonderful facilities and, above all, genuinely lovely people who make you feel welcome from day one.I honestly cannot praise this place enough. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference, and Ambrosia has that in abundance. The good vibes, the smiles, the kindness and the personal touches make it so much more than just a place to stay.A special mention to Josh, the owner’s son, who helped me out during my stay. A genuinely nice fella with great energy and good vibes. Thank you, Josh!The spa facilities are lovely, too. The traditional Turkish hammam, the fantastic spa girls from Bali, who were always so lovely and happy, the sauna and jacuzzi were all brilliant. The hydro pool at around 40°C was fantastic, especially followed by a refreshing dip in the plunge pool after a hot sauna! Just what you need to relax and recharge. ??The staff throughout the resort are amazing, always friendly, helpful and welcoming. A special shout-out to Yücel, the beach manager, who went out of his way to help me. He recommended some fantastic places to eat and enjoy the entertainment, and even arranged a boat trip through his friend Jesus. What a great recommendation! The boat trip was brilliant, and I really appreciated the effort he made to ensure I had a great time.Tugba also deserves a special mention for being so lovely and helpful throughout my stay.And of course, my favourite, AYSE! ??? That lovely welcoming smile every single day says it all. Sometimes it’s not the big things that you remember most, but the people who make you feel good just by being themselves. Thank you for always making me smile!The food was excellent, too. I had a lovely steak, and breakfast was a real treat, with freshly made bread and pastries that made the mornings even better. There’s something special about being able to enjoy that freshly prepared food to start your day.The housekeeping team deserves a huge thank you as well. The rooms were spotless, everything was kept so clean, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Just ask for extra water, tea or coffee, and the staff are happy to help. That level of care really makes a difference.I’ve stayed in plenty of places, but what makes Ambrosia stand out is the hospitality. It’s the friendly faces, the little acts of kindness, the laughs and the feeling that you’re genuinely welcome.I came as a guest, but I’m leaving feeling like family. ??Thank you to Josh, Yücel, Tugba, Ayse and every single member of the Ambrosia team for making my stay so memorable.If you’re thinking of staying in Bitez, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ambrosia.     Amazing Spa

    EOS Spa in the Ambrosia Hotel.My husband & myself have just been to the Spa located in the hotel.It was amazing... We had the Hemen treatment & a deep message.     A lovely hotel with great staff

    From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Our room was cleaned well daily. The breakfast Is well displayed with efficient staff. You can request omelettes etc to be cooked fresh. My husband ordered easy over eggs a few times The variety of food is plenty full, the staff always smiling, nothing was too much for them and we did observe some demanding guests The pool area is kept spotless and beds comfortable The spa is of a high standard. I had a Bali massage and a facial which were both of a high standardThe beach area and beach bar is also clean and comfortable. Eugene and all the staff make sure you are looked after with a smile. The girls on the reception desk are very friendly and helpful I requested a yoga mat and one was found straight away Yasin and staff give a high standard of customer which is nice to see. Areas for improvement - A five star hotel does not have showers that leak all over the bath room floor- The gym is below ground and very dimly light This is not an ideal environment for exercise - The beach restaurant is very expensive - this needs looking at if you want to encourage people staying at the hotel to eat and drink hereI understand this hotel will move into the Hilton group next year, I hope they keep the level of customer service at the high standard it is now.
