  Had a lovely time. They upgraded us to 1 bed apartment which was super. Very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped.Great Location, very peaceful30 min walk into Bodrom and 10 mins into Gumbet. Bodrum was lovely.Great pools at HotelExcellent and well equipped Gym - very new equipment.Very nice and reasonably priced restaurant on site.Very clean.Nice friendly staffWe had a really lovely time and hope to go back

  Not a 4 star hotel or experience for myself, wife and 7 month old. I really don't like putting a negative review about a business / hotel and i wouldn't normally but i feel this is needed, there are a lot of negative points but some positive.Cons : - Reception and manger took 30 minutes to find our booking with Jet2 when arriving.- We were put into room 702 the en suite bathroom was full of damp and black mould above the shower.- Then moved to room 103 this was beneath the restaurant. All we heard were chairs being pulled along the floor through out the early morning and trolleys being moved throughout the night.- Cigarette burns on the sofas.- Swimming pool and spa freezing cold, we didn't see one person swim in the 11 days we were there which was very unfortunate as we wanted to take our 7 month old into the pool. It was like a plunge pool. - The aiircon in 3rd room smelt of burning.- Hair dryer cord wrapped with electrical tape and wires exposed.- Towels stained with faeces from spa and room towels even though they were supposedly changed on a daily basis- No apology from manager for any of the 3 room changes.Pros :- Restaurant staff in particular Onur and female colleagues (couldn't see name badges) were great with our 7 month old boy and service was great.- Food was nice but would like to see more Turkish or mediterranean food.- Manager agreed to not charge for a late check out.- Spa, Sauna and steam met my expectations.Further details below-First night myself, wife and 7 month old baby arrived at the hotel the manager and his colleague couldn't find our booking and asked if we had booked, we explained we had booked a package deal through Jet2, 30 mins later they found the booking and said they would have to put us in an emergency room, not sure if this was the hotel or Jet2 but it was extremely unprofessional and you can imagine the stress this was causing with having a tired 7 month old. We got put into a 3 bedroom apartment with a pool balcony because there were no other rooms ready or available. We were then told we would have to move rooms the next day because the room was an emergency room and they were fully booked.We moved into a 'upgraded' garden view suite room 702 the en suite bathroom was full of damp and black mould in the shower(photos included) I don't expect to see any damp in any hotel especially if a baby is staying there, I confronted the manager the next day to advise this wasn't an upgrade and was apalled that they had put us in a room which had damp, they were happy to move us.We were moved to room 103 which was beneath the restaurant so we heard chairs and trolleys being moved all morning from 7am, never got a lie in especially when our baby would normally sleep but was woken up as it was so loud. The aircon smelt of burning, luckily we didn't need to use it. The cord for the hair dryer was exposed and also masked by sellotape. Very dangerous. The pool was freezing cold (same temperature to a plunge pool) nobody would go into it. The spa pool inside was also freezing, huge shame.   May as well not have any pools

  This was our fourth year back at Jasmine and we absolutely love it. It’s like coming home. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfy, the food is delicious all the staff are so friendly and helpful, they honestly can’t do enough for you. Big shout out to Mr Happy and of course our good friend Guney who’s been there every year and is one of the main reasons we keep going back. It’s the perfect location, the views are beautiful and it’s only a short walk into Bodrum which has a beautiful harbour, some gorgeous restaurants and lots of shops.   Best apartments we have ever stayed in. From arrival the staff were super friendly and very helpful from reception staff to bar staff and cleaning staff. The apartment was exceptional, the whole hotel was spotlessly clean, you could eat off the floors it was so clean.The apartment as my husband said it was like a footballers pad. We had a washing machine , dishwasher, all the kitchen utensils that you needed. They also supplied washing powder, dish washer tablets. I must admit l used the washing machine everyday!The beds were the best , mattresses were at least 18 inches in depth, more comfortable than my bed at home. And pillows to die for.Food was lovely and fresh. Used the restaurant and food was exceptional.Already looking to book for next year, as we had the best girly holiday ever. We stayed in apartment 112 and were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment on arrival free of charge. Hotel has 4 pools and a spa pool which offer spa treatments.Gumbets hidden gem.
