  Room 7427. We found it quiet and more than adequate The room safe is free of charge as idcthe mini bar. Stocked with soft drinks only. Found all the staff amazing. Housekeeping to bar staff.Food was fine. The snack bar by the beach is really good ( pics from there)Short walk into town. Only gripe would be amount of bar staff. At the beach if entertainment is on. Two bar staff. Big queue so people doubling you on drinks. We always ended up in the downstairs bar with Naci.Room extension 15 euro per hr.   Disappointed with food options

  The staff are mostly all very nice, friendly & welcoming. They work very hard & on occasion have to deal with rude customers with no manners. Please or Thank you isn’t hard, but shoving 3 fingers up in their face & shouting ‘beer’ isn’t acceptable.The general condition of the hotel is good and clean. The cleaners are always cleaning the public areas.The spa sales men constantly harass you for massages & find it hard to accept no for an answer.The food is the biggest let down for us. It’s the exact same food for breakfast, lunches & dinners. Nothing exciting & we have eaten outside the hotel a few times.The food is tailored for Germans, Russians & polish. They have plates of it. It needs to cater for more International.Having chicken nuggets, chips & onion rings on offer at breakfast, lunch & dinner is as far as International or British, it gets.The à la carte is supposed to be unlimited. We tried booking the Italian for a 2nd time, and we were told ‘but you’ve already been there’. We wanted to try the Eastern à la carte but it’s only open 2 nights a week, as is the fish restaurant. The Italian is open 5 nights & im unsure how often the Turkish is open.The Italian is very nice & a huge welcome from the main restaurant. I noticed some people go there every night it’s open. They also take large bookings, which limits those who que first thing to book as it’s already full from the day before.The pool areas are nice, also kept clean and tidy.The pool is very cold.The waffles at the snack bar are delicious. There is also a selection of ice pillows in the fridge.The snack bar food is ordered from a QR code. The food is delivered to your table quickly and again, the staff are friendly.The inside bar only has a cocktail menu, but will make any cocktail you ask.Overall it’s a nice hotel. I wouldn’t agree it’s a 5* platinum (TUI) and it’s pushing it on Ultra All Inclusive. I have been to much better 4* all inclusive hotels that offer more than this hotel.I won’t be returning or recommending, sorry!   The location of this hotel isn’t too bad although the surrounding area is a bit run down. The atmosphere is ok and the staff work hard. The rooms aren’t to bad but aren’t very noise proof. The food in the restaurant is very disappointing with breakfast lunch and dinner being the same every day. Cleanliness isn’t to bad. Service is ok apart from the Spa staff who are very insistent and don’t take no for an answer.   This hotel is a shadow of its former self

  This hotel is a shadow of its former self. After 19 years and 30+ holidays in this hotel we're not coming back.Over the last 4 years the cost of staying here has risen sharply while quality at the hotel has dropped. We've given it 2nd, 3rd and 4th chances but are quitting before we waste any more money.Our main complaint is the food in the main restaurant in the evening which can only be described as dire, quantity not quality seems to be the goal in this restaurant. Breakfasts aren't bad, if you want an omlette don't go in before 8am as nobody will be manning the omelette station! Lunches at the snack bar are OK but evening meals are awful. We tried eating in the hotel for 3 evenings out of the 14 but gave up after that and went into town to eat and drink. With the current cost of staying at the hotel this makes for an expensive holiday. There was also no consistency in the quality of drinks, probably due to end of season budget squeezes. Gin and tonic or vodka tonic sometimes tasted like a load of chemicals had been poured into your floppy plastic cup (don't get me started on those).The animation team this year were the worst we've experienced at this hotel, the same set of music was played everyday around the pool for two weeks, you could almost tell the time by it. Come on guys. This is what you do for a living, stop being lazy. Daytime activities were heavily slanted towards various kinds of exercise. Gone are the silly pool competitions that everyone loved and laughed along with. Even the giant inflatable when it appeared in June was simply left for guests to randomly clambour over - no adult or children competitions were staged. No boules. shooting or water polo but if you like yoga, sub yoga, aquarobics, volleyball or darts you were well catered for. Hardly any interaction between animation team members and hotel guests other than during an actual exercise class. No morning hello, no here we are for the day just a poster telling guests what the daily programme was and a brief walk past to get to an activity location - pool music playing monotonously in the background.There are positives at the hotel. It looks nice. The bar staff are pleasant, housekeeping are amazing and rooms are a decent size. The jewellers is well worth a visit and the boat guys are great, always worth doing a daily boat trip. The downsides outweigh the positives and nobody can accuse us of not giving it a fair chance but it just isn't the friendly, happy hotel it once was and the evening food us unacceptable.Thank you La Blanche you used to be a blast but no more, we'll be staying in an aparthotel in the town next year.   We had another lovely holiday at La Blanche, we did miss Hero and his team singing and dancing on the bridge every morning but Maria was very friendly and enthusiastic. When we arrived late evening, our room wasn’t what we had booked but this was sorted out the following morning. All the staff work so hard, with over 300 rooms, it’s a massive operation to try and please everyone. We thought the evening entertainment in previous years was better but it didn’t spoil our stay. Great choice of food, fabulous location. Thank you to all at La Blanche.
