The club was modernised in 2022. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. I have had the worse holiday of my life. Issues everyday with the service, quality of food and simple requests being ignored. Staff are clearly not trained and in food often arrived incorrect of cold. For a single female traveller my details were shared and everytime i walked into a restaurant staff were clearly talking about me which made me feel really uncomfortable and I spent every evening in my hotel room ordering room service as a result.

Excellent resort. I stayed in a villa room with pool which are huge and lovely.The service was excellent. Shout out to the personal butlers Sena Patihan & Kaan Sevil and Banu in reservation, though all the team was super. The All Inclusive concept works really well. An Exceptional Luxury Experience at Lujo Bodrum ??????????

Our stay at Lujo Bodrum was truly exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the service, attention to detail and overall experience exceeded our expectations.The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, exceptional facilities and an incredible choice of food. The all-inclusive experience was on another level the quality, variety and presentation of the food were outstanding.A special mention must go to our personal assistants, Zhanna and Gulshat. They were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always available to answer our questions, assist with requests and make sure everything was taken care of. Their warmth and professionalism made such a difference to our experience.Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive and genuinely happy to help. That level of service is what makes a luxury hotel truly memorable.We honestly have no complaints whatsoever. Lujo delivered an amazing experience, and it is without a doubt a hotel I would happily return to. I’ll start with the positives. Transfer great. Views here are unreal - beautiful beach, pier, scenery, lovely staff. Place is very clean which clearly staff worked hard to keep up.Beach club - DJ’s from 3.30-5.30 vibes all day - only major issue, if you wanted a drink made and brought to you, you’ll be lucky to be offered one or if you do manage to get one, have it arrive within 20 minutes. The really weird thing was you would see 5-6-7 staff stood around, but not taking drinks orders or making drinks. A lovely blonde haired lady behind the beach bar was super attentive and a real gem.We stayed in room 1264 - bed was lovely, everything worked as it should (ish) - air con great, key cards no issues. Room felt very dark - balcony faces on to large palm style trees, with almost no view. You also had to go down a fire escape to access the building - felt a bit like being led to a dungeon. Accessing the toilet / bathroom was a real logistical disaster - we had to open the door 50% of the way, it would hit the toilet and then you slither in, and shut the door - this is how you access your 5 star hotel bathroom - was a pretty poor design fault - petty we know! In addition, the waterfall shower was hanging from the ceiling and there was a leak under the sink. This was fixed swiftly by staff but leak under skin remained and we didn’t want people in and out of our room so left it. We stayed first week in October and a lot of things had been closed due to the ‘weather’. Weather was fine. Outside entertainment had stopped and many restaurants were closed. Had we known this in advance we would not have booked to stay. Overall we had a relaxing stay with good food and drinks but unfortunatly not Ikos standard. The service and drinks at the Pier and the Sports Bar were absolutely amazing! There was a chap with his head tattooed who served us multiple times at the maki pools - he was also an asset to the hotel!
