  This hotel is set in a great location and is convenient to visit dozens of bars and restaurants. The outdoor seating has some beautiful views across Gumbet.Unfortunately, this 'hotel' is a prime example of how not to run a hotel. The room I was given was dark, dirty and poorly maintain. My friend was given a room that looked better, but sadly their night was spoiled by the air conditioning not working. Maintenance is absolutely minimal.The bar ran out beer, red wine and white wine on 3 seperate occasions even though this is listed as an all inclusive hotel. Kind of the staple really. Also, the barman had no idea how to pour a beer. He seemed to think the more froth the better the beer. The food was marginal at best. Maybe I expected too much.The lack of customer service and communication I experienced màde this a very unpleasant experience. I would not go back. The type of management or lack there of, is a slight on the normally excellent tourism i have experienced countless times in Turkey.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! NOTHING LIKE PHOTOS THEY ADVERTISE! HOTEL FROM HELL!!!

  If I could give this a 0 star I would, this is categorically the Worst hotel wev ever stayed in, we are very laid back people and have stayed in some dives but this was next level filth. Do not be fooled by the photos advertised they are NOTHING like what you will arrive to. The reception is a tiny box room dark and dirty. The passageway has filthy carpets to sofas also filthy with old towels spread across them and dogs lying on the floor. Got to hotel room and it had a window literally taped on, the wind rattling it on the night time was loud enough to keep us awake. The air conditioning unit was literally hanging off the wall, the window in the bathroom / toilet was also taped on, the shower was filthy, big holes in the walls of the bathroom, the carpets were filthy, fridge filthy. they had a single bed put in the room for my daughter and every night she woke up to more bites, literally covered in them. We lasted 3 days before we moved, every day I had to go to reception to ask for towels and toilet roll, the cleaner didn’t visit the room ONCE!! After coming back from a day on the beach after the 3rd day to still no cleaner we packed our stuff and left. It’s the first holiday wev ever had to leave hotel early due to its filth and lack of service. Literally no interaction or even a welcome what so ever. I asked for a refund at the reception and was told no refunds the boss’s decision on this is final. I told them how wrong they were on this and we were mis sold this hotel due its false advertising!! The hotel is literally NOTHING like photos or description, it doesn’t even deserve a 1 star! I explained how bad the room was, cleaners hadn’t visited to even change the bedding not even once! I showed them photos of the room and showed them all the bites all over my daughter and just got laughed at! Absolutely disgusting place honestly avoid at all costs!!!!

  The ad said airport transfer included. I texted the hotel and asked to be sure. They confirmed that they do transfer & asked for an additional 750 turkish lira. I agreed & gave them my contact information just in case. When arrived at the airport, there was no one from the hotel to pick me up. After 1 hour of waiting i took a cab and came to the hotel by my own. I paid the fare 1500TL and asked the hotel to refund me. They did and i paid the difference. A few hours later they are now telling me to pay the full sum. And that they never promised a transfer. They are cancelling my stay.

  Best. Air con, comfy beds, pool, staff, cocktails, position.Worst. Bathroom, lights ( in bedroom) breakfast, decor, maid service (non existent)We still loved this place as we are not fussy people. The best was great for us and we don’t mind about the worst. We loved the staff at the hotel especially Ali and Sedat great nights sleep in comfy air conditioned room and we went out for breakfast in the mornings. Would definitely come back

  Utterly terrible hotel

  We stayed here as we wanted a bed for the night as we were intending to explore this area.Upon arrival, from the outside it didn't look too bad. We checked in and were shown to our room. As soon as we entered it was a case of OMG!Like most do, one of the first things you look at is the bathroom.The toilet was filthy with stains all around. On the floor there was a large ball of hair. The shower was also very dirty.The wash basin was covered in grime.My 11 year old daughters bed had hair on the sheets underneath. Would I recommend this hotel? Never. There are better quality B&B's for the homeless in the UK than this. Avoid at all costs!!!
