    Fantastic Holiday at Mercan Story Apt Hotel!

    Just returned home to Ireland from the beautiful Yalikavak and indeed the Mercan Story Apartment Hotel. Fantastic time had by myself and my wife. The Mercan Story is a family owned boutique hotel. John the owner/manager is a gentleman and his mother a lady. Their staff were a credit to themselves and the Mercan Story. These included (please forgive the spelling)..Ibrahim, Ennes (denis), Vassey, Hitige, Sahran, Hallux all made us feel very welcome and really couldn't do enough for us. There is a real family atmosphere to this hotel and we were made to feel part of that. The location is fantastic being a beach front hotel. Pool is lovely. Apartment is basic but we didn't spend much time in the room. It is clean and regularly cleaned by the friendly cleaners. Food is nice but there are also other restaurants nearby due to the hotels location..the other couples we met there were also lovely which just topped off a fantastic 2 weeks...Booking again next yr PG...thanks John and staff....Barry and Yvonne

    From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. They were attentive to every detail and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay special. The hotel’s location is ideal, just steps from the sea which made it easy to enjoy walks along the shore and the beautiful views. We felt looked after throughout our stay, and the genuine warmth of the team made a real difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, value for money and a wonderful seaside setting.

    Fantastic location right on the beach. Friendly staff and has everything you need. This is the second time we have visited and will definitely come again.

    I have a house in Koyunbaba for twenty years . We go to Yalikavak probably once a week, but yesterday I had the best experience.Recently , due to the economy in Turkey, prices are increasing , and value for money is becoming hard to find. I was a little disappointed as I wanted to show my sister a good time on her holidays.My sister and I were welcomed warmly and we took two sunbeds by the Sea. The service was excellent , waiting staff and Receptionist so courteous and freindly and the bathroom and pool area spotless.We had a lovely meal and a cocktail each, we both borrowed a book from the library and I will definitely bé using this Hotel for my beach experience more often. Thank you and well done for a great day .

    First time I have eaten in Mercsn Story. Have used their beach facilities in the past. Decided to try there liver and onion as came highly recommended. Was not disappointed. Food was excellent and plentiful . However it is the service that makes it a memorable experience. The staff were so attentive . You really felt that you were the only one being served . Nothing was too much trouble. I will definately be visiting again . Would highly recommend
