    The hotel rooms are great but there must be a cupboard and iron in every hotel rooms. The view from the hotel is really great and the hotel is strategically located between two main roads.The food is quite good and there is enough variety. The drinks are quite good and should be improved on the variety of drinks for kids and adults. The restaurant is very simple.The service should be really improved. The staff should learn more about public speaking and implement a friendly and professional attitude. The receptionist should learn more about how to be friendly and professional towards customers.The next time they should have good bathroom amenities, there must a shampoo and soap in every single room and the stock of shampoo and soap must be restocked every day.

    Not bad hotel for backpacker trip : room space and facility, acses from airport 30 up to 45 minutes, at city centre, clean area, good service in front office, low price.     Stayed there for a night after long drive from Lampung.Location is good, especially having gas station across the street, which give us - overland traveler - a very convenient place to fill up the tank.Room is compact, but complete. Shower has a good pressure. Bed is superb especially after long drive. The complex has several dining options. This is also great.Efficient service and fast! Recommended.     Cheap room with excellent service

    I could say this is the best budget/express hotel I’ve ever stayed in compared to other budget hotel brands. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfy. The wifi was down once but they managed to solve it.     Clean room, delicious breakfast, and nice interior. The staff are kind. It is located nesar the central of the city so it will be easier for you to travel.
