  Spacious apartment in quiet area

  We stayed for 3 nights in a spacious apartment at Rose Residence. Plenty of space with a combined lounge/sitting area and kitchen with a gas cooker, large fridge and a few pots and fry pan – enough to prepare a meal. The kitchen also had a modern automatic washing machine which was a real bonus for us. Fast and reliable wifi, flat screen TV, aircon in living space and bedroom.The bedroom was spacious with a queen bed and storage space, and the bathroom had a separate shower, toilet and basin, and solar hot water.The apartment also had a generous size balcony with a table and chairs - perfect for meals. Clean swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas, and secure car parking in front of the apartment. The gardens and grounds were all very well maintained by the manager.There are lots of steps to get to any of the apartments, and no elevators.The apartment is in a local neighbourhood, 10 min walk to a large shopping mall, large supermarket and the nearby beach. There are local buses for travel to the harbour and castle. With a car, the location was no problem and still close to all areas.Negative points for us – the bathroom and kitchen were not very clean when we arrived, and the outdoor furniture was really grubby.Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and the quiet location.

  Basic but clean

  Apartment was spacious but basic. Very little cooking facilities. Washing machine which was great. Unfortunately we were in H block. Right at the top. 88 steps up to apartment. Pool was clean and quiet but umbrellas had to be out up yourself and were broken and the wind blew them away. Bus stop near by to get into town and very cheap. Local restaurants however menus I. Turkish and staff didn’t speak good English. Google translate a bonus !!

  The hotel is on the hillside,very quiet and with nice view, and easy reach to dowtown by dolmus.

  The location of the hotel is on the hillside,very quiet and with nice view. The nearest beach is about 10 min walking from the hotel. You find the minibus (dolmus) about 5 min walking distance. So the city center (harbour, castle, central bus station) is easy reach. There is a shopping possibility - a mini Migros market - nearby, walking distance.. We had a beautiful large room & big terrace with view to the hills and the swimming pool. The bed is extra comfortable. We liked absolutly everything!
