  Lovely located hotel for Bodrum. We arrived before check in and our room was available. Reception area very clean and spacious. We were shown to our room. Nice size and we had a fantastic view of pool and beach/harbour. Room was spotless and we had a fridge with soft drinks and water which was replaced every day. Rooms were cleaned daily and we had fresh towels. Pool and beach areas are nice and water is crystal clear. Restaurant was clean and there is a reasonable choice. The orange juice was lovely and fresh bread daily. Evening buffett was a nice selection and there is something for everyone although some things were the same.Staff are friendly although if you tip the waiters you get more of a personal service. The young waiter at the pool bar was very polite and did not expect a tip. Yes the hotel could do with some updating in places. Especially the pool toilets. The pool and restaurant cleaning staff are a bit too clean to get on with the jobs before service finishes. The water taxi near the hotel is a fantastic way to get into Bodrum. We would visit again and i am sure they will update the decor. Some people moaned about the cats however they did not really pester you unless you feed them and no vermin to be seen.   An unfortunately disapointing stay

  The location is great, very close to the city center with great views.The hotel itself is a bit dated and in desperate need of updating. The lobby for some reason never seemed to have the AC turned on except for around the reception counter, the furniture all looks abit old and the carpets covered in dust. They have a pool table with only 1 white ball, 1 red and 1 yellow, whats the point? There are some game sets available for anyone to use but who wants to play in a sweaty lobby?Checkout is at 12 noon every day, thankfully the manager allowed us to keep our room until 3pm, but our transfer was not until 7 so we had to spend a sweaty 4 hours in a warm lobby. You are free to keep using the hotel facilities until your pickup but I could not find any other public areas with good ACThe main elevator down to the restaraunt needed some voodoo magic to make it go up, if you didn't press the floor button and then the close button and then the floor button at the right time it would just stay on the ground floor and open the doors, not greatWe opted for a 'family room' with a double bed and single bed. The pictures online would make you think they are in seperate rooms but they are not. The double bed is enclosed in a high wall with a gap to the ceiling with a frosted glass door. The AC is directly above the bed and the single bed is just outside next to the balcony door so gets very little of the AC, the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Our AC unit would also only go down to 17C and was not very strong on max settings.Luckily or unluckily our balcony door was broken, it would not lock properly and would blow open if the front door was closed too fast (not an issue for our room as it has a fully enclosed balcony on the second floor) So I assume they had bypassed the automatic AC shutoff for when the door was open so the AC would at least stay on all of the time to cool, even when not in the room. This includes all of the electricity, we did not even need to put the card in the slot.Unlike all of the other all inclusives I have stayed in in Turkey the minibar does not offer Efes, only soft drinks.Again, the funiture was all a bit dated and could do with some revamping.The food was nothing to write home about, it has to be the worst of all of the all inclusives I have stayed at in Turkey, and in my opinion one of the most important parts of a holiday.The options are very limited and there is not much variety.Breakfast was the worst, very little on offer and none of it very good.Lunch was mid, very hit or miss, you might find 1 or 2 nice things but the rest was fairly boringDinner was usually ok, but if I'm on holiday i'd like a little more than just okThe staff in general were very nice and pleasant, please do tip the cleaners and wait staff when you find a good waiter. They work very long hours for not much and will apreciate it and be more attentive to you. Try not to do it openly, a simple handshake and thank you, I dont think I need to explain why.At the time we stayed there were a batch of a few month old kittens wandering around, great if you're a cat lover. A few became very friendly toward us by the end of our trip and would spend hours sitting with us on the sunbeds. Maybe a little too friendly as a couple of particuarly naughty kittens would try to jump onto laps and tables during meal times. I found this hilarious but it's not somthing everyone would apreciate. Definetly a highlight of the stayWe stayed in early September so the price was a bit cheeper and less busy but I would have been even more unhappy if I had paid peak time prices at full capacity for this hotel.

  Beautiful hotel although dated

  We are here now and just thought I would share our experience so far We were very cautious about coming because of negative reviews , but we have been pleasantly surprised Good points Beautiful setting and hotel very pretty with old Turkish style Room spacious and comfortable although dated . I emailed hotel just before we came as husband had a recent medical incident and mobility not as good , and when we arrived they had allocated us on ground level near pool and restaurant.We also had a couple of incidents with lamps and they were dealt with in 10 minuets from us reporting. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and left smelling gorgeous .The staff are all so friendly and helpful especially in restaurant and evening bar by pool. Restaurant plenty of choice and very fresh and tasty food.There is 1 à la carte that we are yet to try . Entertainment very international and on most nights , we went over to Bodrum a few nights for a change of scenery Be careful around marina area as very £££ if you venture further in its slightly cheaper. You can get a boat taxi over to main Bodrum town for 200TL each way and a scenic way to travel or you can walk about 20 mins down hill and also get taxi. We have bartered in the bazaars and bought the obligatory T Shirts and handbag and shoes We ventured into Bitez which is a 20 min taxi ride and had the best Hamman and massage we have ever had in Turkey at the Bitez Hamman and Spa then went to sea front and had a lovely lunch Bitez worth a visit gorgeous beach n low key. Our only negative is the pool area and beach area cleanliness both had ashtrays overflowing and cups n plates left and tables beds not cleaned very much . Suggestion would be for staff to do a couple of rounds a day to address this as unfortunately not everyone clears their stuff away.Over all I would rate this hotel 4 star for food and 5 star for staff 3 star for building and rooms as very tired and needs some updating but you cannot beat the beautiful view We have so far enjoyed our holiday and would recommend despite the couple of negative issues .

  Our worst stay at a All inclusive hotel

  The food is not good taste and they don’t have much food to choose from or many restaurants to eat in and we took a room that isn’t in the main building so we needed to get in a shuttle car or golf cart it takes so long to arrive and they have only one car and the WiFi is so bad you need to use your own signal mostly also that the cola doesn’t come in a bottle they fell it up and it comes with no carbons like it is a juice not a soda and the rooms are so old and our room’s phone is not working the hotel needs to upgrade the quality and the variety of the food also they need to upgrade the WiFi and the hotels spa and the decors
