  Oh dear looked so promising ! Went for a steak set menu but one steak was very chewy and had already been exchanged as over cooked . Dessert of the day appeared to be fruit or icecream , not what we were expecting and you couldn’t have got a smaller dish if you had tried ! The free liquor at the end was fizzy ... so that’s some sort of apple juice then!! Will not be coming here again !!! Soo disappointing !

  The hotel is in the center of gumbet , the rooms are gd and clean but no wi fi internet , only at the pool and restaurant area , wich is bad coz on the internet they said free internet everywherecon the hotel , and the beach is great

  This hotel is so far behind the rest of them in the area most of the guests turn up late at night, three of us in our party and was offered a room which was located out of the hotel and up 56 steps when inside the room there was one bed for three of us.Asked to see the manager he was a sleep in his bed was the reply " good for him I thought" meals in this hotel are less than basic and whilst there 7 days ate once on the first day, staff and manager did not want to know about the food situation, well why would they, they have your money. entertainment was a joke a few guys got together and threw a few things up in the air and called themselves jugglers.One thing if you have walking issues this may not be the hotel for you, no lifts and ramps that lead to flights of stairs if you can handle the hassling on a 24-7 basis then you will be ok but after a while it gets too you.Eat out Tip Wendy bay on the beach a full English 3.99 TL and it dose lovely meals in the evening well worth a visit.Fun Time Tip go see a show called dream Girls it’s a drag show but funny as hell.

  One of the best hotels in Gumbet. Have stayed in The Sami Plaza 8 times. Rooms are spacious & cleaned every day. Restaurant serves lovely food. Swimming pool cleaned regularly. Only a few minutes from the beach.

  Fantasic week in October 2012

  10 of us went out to Sami Plaza to celebrate our birthdays. We had a fantastic week, the temperature was just right and we spent many an hour on the beach. Our hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, we overlooked the pool with free air con. The pool area is lovely, lots of sunbeds and a large swimming pool so you can have a good swim or simply relax in the hammocks or huge cussions. The food was varied and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely time to visit and excellent value for money.
