  Great location. Excellent evening entertainment. Reception staff very helpful. Pool and beach areas kept very clean. Rooms cleaned everyday. Food was lovely and the coffee shop was excellent. Mini bar in room included in all inclusive and topped up everyday. There were a lot of cats but they were well taken care of and had a designated feeding area which was lovely. Room was nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. We went a week before they were due to close for the season so some of the outside areas needed a little attention but nothing major. Overall it was excellent value for money and I would definitely return .

  Just returned from a one week stay, 2.10 to 9.10. Overall we had a fantastic stay.Positives:Grounds spectacular, immaculately kept. All inclusive drinks really impressive. Prosecco available at most bars (not beach). Long Island iced teas were my favourite. Blush wine the wife's Lobby bar best cocktails and presentation Pool bar lovely staff and great drinksSnack bar 1230 to 4pm lovely food and staff and great place to chill and look at the beach7/24 bar amazing food up until 6pm. Quesadilias and pizzas unrealQuiet pool amazing. Great to read a book and have a vino at as drinks served from the nearby snack bar from 1230Main pool fantastic to just chill and people watch. Very European hotel, guests seemed mostly Polish and Russian, 10 per cent English in my estimation. Entertainment fantastic, every night bar Sunday as that's their day offRoom was lovely. 6314 we stayed in, beautiful Moroccan like entrance to all blocks, very classy looking buildings. Room clean enough, towel trolleys left outside in case more needed which is a great idea Massage and spa absolutely stunning building. Best looking spa we've seen. Decent massage prices but not the best thai massage in my opinion. Massage flogger very friendly. Sauna lovely, hammam too and included in all inclusiveBeach was lovely, clean and nice to walk along. Didn't go in the water as was very shingley, like most beaches in Turkey Beach Cabana absolutely beautiful, a lovely treat. Bodrum market on Tuesdays is a great day out, if you like to shop for bargains, when negotiating, never accept their first asking price. Always pay half what they ask at least. A la cartes absolutely lovely. We tried all three, Italian the best. Turkish and seafood great tooReception. Very nice area and helpful staffGuest relations absolutely the stars of this hotel, especially Ekrin. Thank you again Ekrin for sorting a Cabana and an extra a la carte. Butler service from Immam perfect too. Real 5 star experience Negatives First impression on getting to the hotel not good, no welcome drink (bar opposite reception though)Bell boy refused to take my case, never experienced that before in a 5 star hotel. Ended up carrying a 22kg case up and down flights of stairs and along the grounds for about 10 minutesMain buffet absolutely awful, staff on phones, talking to each other, never got offered one drink in the whole week we were there. Food very limited. 7/24 restaurant after 6 is terrible food. We got there 1am and everything cold and very limited range. Everything reheated in microwave and nothing made fresh. No pizzas after 6 according to the staff member I talked toDolmus into Bodrum was great on way there. Terrible on way back, driver had us in hottest bus ever and didn't put air con on until 5 minutes before end of journey. Do not leave Bodrum market in peak times as traffic horrendous (no fault of hotel)Service at pool bar during the day is shocking, waits of upto 20 minutes we experienced, more staff neededOverall a very good value for money hotel, we are definitely coming back as the positives far outweighed the negatives.
