    Brilliant location, staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating to make our trip perfect. The kittens on the hotel grounds were unbelievably cute and friendly we loved meeting them, they made our trip! Will definitely be coming back here (hopefully to see the kittens), and will be recommending.     It’s the best hotel i have been visited and best experience and the sea view and the rooms it’s new and very clean and the staff very good persons anything you want just ask him and will help you.     Location is great, but I have to say, there are better hotels out there, the service was at times quite hostile, it didn’t seem like they wanted us to actually be here, it rather seemed like they did they HAD to help us out.. Anyway, overall was an okay stay..     This hotel looks just like the pictures—absolutely gorgeous, with amazing staff who are friendly and attentive. There are multiple pools depending on which section of the hotel you're staying in, so they tend to be quiet and not overcrowded. While there's no dedicated bar service at the pools, staff make regular rounds to take orders, so you can still enjoy tea or drinks by the water.One thing to note: I wouldn't recommend booking a transfer through the hotel, as we were quoted nearly double the price of a standard taxi. Also, due to its location, you can hear distant party noise throughout the night, which may be a downside for light sleepers.The hotel sits at the top of a steep hill, so if you’re uncomfortable with steep roads, this might not be the best option.That said, I would stay here again—it was a lovely overall experience. Just keep in mind that the à la carte restaurant isn’t really worth the extra cost, as the food was underwhelming. Breakfast, on the other hand, was decent.     Everything from check in to check out was amazing - The Care from the staff , the cleanliness of the pool area and rooms in impeccable ! Great location as the marina is around a 5 minute drive , and breakfast at the hotel was great ( lots of options ) also hotel is reasonably quiet which we enjoy a lot - no rush for sunbed ect as they limit rooms to pools which means everyone gets ! I can only thank you so for making our stay amazing ! the staff helped us book dinners , cabs and gave us lots of recommendations!
