A wonderful stay with stunning sea views

We spent 11 nights at The Plaza Bodrum and had a truly wonderful holiday. Our room in the main building was right at the top, with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea straight from the balcony — waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable.The location of our room was perfect: just steps from Reception, the main restaurant and breakfast, so everything was easy and convenient. The all-inclusive food was excellent and varied.The resort itself is huge and beautifully kept, with many villas and countless picture-perfect, Instagram-worthy spots all around the grounds. We spent lovely time at the pools, and the beach is a real highlight — a nice sandy beach with bars right by the sea, perfect for relaxing with a drink.There are also several à-la-carte restaurants. We only had the chance to try the Italian one, and the food there was absolutely delicious. The setting over the bay in Torba is simply beautiful.What stood out most was the hospitality — the Guest Relations team were warm, attentive and quick to help with everything, from check-in to storing our luggage on departure day. I also celebrated my birthday during our stay, which made it even more special.We would happily return and highly recommend The Plaza Bodrum. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable holiday! A couple of issues to begin but the hotel handled any problems with professionalism and excellent customer service. The food and service at the Privee Beach is exceptiona8 as is the atmosphere. A Great Resort with Beautiful NatureOverall, we had a very good stay at this resort. It’s a beautiful resort surrounded by amazing nature, with a very clear and beautiful sea.The food was quite good for an all-inclusive (UAI) resort, with a good variety of options. However, unfortunately, our experience at the Italian restaurant was not very good and did not meet our expectations.The gym was good overall, and the service was also very good. However, unfortunately, the gym did not have a plyo box / exercise box for functional exercises such as step-ups, which was a little disappointing.Overall, a very nice resort with beautiful surroundings, crystal-clear sea, good food, and good service. With some improvements to the Italian restaurant and gym equipment, it could be even better. The worst experience

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The hotel was nowhere near the standard we expected. The room was not properly cleaned, the service was extremely poor, and the staff were not helpful or welcoming at all. We had several issues during our stay, and instead of trying to resolve them, the hotel seemed completely uninterested.For the price we paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it. The quality, service, and overall management were far below what you would expect from a hotel of this level. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would definitely not recommend staying here.
