Our stay at Tiana Beach Hotel was definitely one of those unforgettable experiences.The first thing that impressed us was the warm and genuine hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and professional, always ready to help with a smile.The location is beautiful, the beach is wonderful, and the atmosphere is simply relaxing. Everything comes together perfectly to create the kind of holiday where you can truly forget about the outside world and just enjoy the moment.The food was delicious, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and there was a fantastic atmosphere throughout the property.But what truly makes this hotel special is the people. You can feel the effort and care that the entire team puts into making guests happy.We arrived as guests, but we left with wonderful memories and the feeling that we had discovered a place we would love to return to.Tiana Beach Hotel is more than just a place to stay — it is a place to enjoy, relax and create beautiful memories.Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable holiday.   I recommend this hotel: good food, great service, clean rooms, beautiful views, and a free hotel beach. There are plenty of options for additional excursions and excellent organization. Mr. Bob creates an amazing atmosphere by hosting games and activities in the pool.

  Overall we had a lovely holiday at Tiana Beach hotel. We had booked 2 double rooms but were offered a family room if we wanted instead. It was a new room and had two separate bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of space so we took that. Not a great view from the balcony but other than that we were happy with the room: comfy beds and great air-conditioning. Its a small and fairly quiet hotel but Bob the animation lead still made it a really fun holiday. He got to know all our names and really made us feel included and welcome with the daytime games and evening entertainment. Lovely beach location with amazing sunsets. The food was ok but quite repetitive. Lots of fresh salads and fruit but not particularly varied meats and fish. Some nights they had a grill with chicken or fish which was nice. The breakfast had a lot of the same things you would get at lunch or dinner. Some days they had a sandwich toaster machine at breakfast so you could make toasted sandwiches. It would have been good if this was out every day. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the hotel was very clean. The bartender Sully was excellent and often had your drink poured before you could even ask for it! There were not very many British people at the hotel, it is a hotel that lots of Turkish people go to and also a lot of Polish people. Its not a great hotel for young children but my 3 teenagers were happy here for a short break (we were there for 5 nights).   Problems with water - sometimes just cold, sometimes just hot; only one card per room with electricity connected to the card being slotted; extremely limited food options with chicken often being the only protein; tiny rooms with no space to move; mold on the bathroom, and a cherry on the top, a checkout 8 hours before departure time. Tiana Beach Hotel , Diger at Tiana Beach Resort, responded to this review Dear Guest;We are sorry to read that you were not satisfied with your experience at our property. However, we would like to clarify that some of the statements in your review do not accurately reflect our hotel's practices or the services we provide.Regarding the water temperature, the necessary checks are carried out regularly at our property. We do not consider it fair to generalize an occasional or temporary technical issue and present it as a problem throughout the entire stay.The size of our rooms and our electricity system have been designed in accordance with our hotel's standards. The key-card electricity system is a common hotel practice used primarily for energy efficiency. Considering this system as a “problem” is ultimately a matter of personal expectation.Regarding the variety of food, our hotel provides services according to a clearly defined concept. We do not claim that every type of protein or a different product according to each guest's personal preference will be available at every meal. However, we would like to clarify that our menus include meat, chicken, fish and turkey on a rotating daily basis. Therefore, stating that “chicken was often the only protein option” does not accurately represent the variety of food offered at our hotel.We also do not accept the claim that there was mold in the bathroom. Hygiene and cleaning inspections are carried out regularly throughout our property. Had such an issue been reported to us during your stay, it would have been immediately inspected and addressed by our team.Most importantly, regarding the statement that you were required to check out “8 hours before your departure time,” this is not a matter related to our hotel. Our official check-out time is 12:00 PM, and guests who check out are welcome to continue using all of the hotel's facilities and services until their scheduled departure/transfer time. Therefore, any arrangements concerning your departure time cannot be attributed to our hotel's check-out policy.We certainly value guest feedback; however, there is an important distinction between genuine feedback and presenting a hotel's services in a misleading or inaccurate manner. Our hotel concept, service hours and operating procedures are clearly communicated to our guests.We are always willing to evaluate criticism when it is based on genuine and factual experiences.
