  I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Titanic Luxury Collection Bodrum for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional service.My parents are currently staying at this beautiful hotel, and on October 15, my father, Anatoly Shein, celebrated his birthday.As his daughter, I wanted to make this day truly special for him, even though I was organizing the surprise from a distance.The hotel staff responded to my request with great professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Thanks to their attention and thoughtful efforts, my father’s birthday became a wonderful and memorable occasion.I would especially like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Anna Smirnova, who personally assisted me with organizing this special surprise.   The hotel and facilities were fantastic, the staff went above and beyond to assist us . Unfortunately my wife had an accident and the staff especially Zarina and Nargiz who really helped us when my wife was hotel room bound . Overall a very good experience apart from her fall .   We have had the most spectacular time as a family at the Titanic Bodrum. Gizem and Neslihen were super helpful and responsive at all times. Everything about this hotel is quality - the food, entertainment, staff, gym, beach, pools. I would highly recommended it to everyone.   We had a wonderful stay at Titanic Luxury Collection Bodrum. The hotel itself is beautiful, the service is excellent, and there is a great choice of food and drinks throughout the resort.What really stood out for us, though, was the exceptional service from Canberk, the night bartender. He was incredibly attentive, friendly and professional, and always made us feel welcome. Even late at night, he maintained such a positive attitude and remembered our preferences, which made our evenings especially enjoyable. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality really made a difference to our stay.It’s people like Canberk who turn a good hotel experience into a truly memorable one.
