I had the pleasure of staying at the tropicana beach hotel in August this year arrived on the 29th August for two weeks i travel alone and was anxious but was put at ease the staff were more than helpful I was given a room with everything you need.and clean. cleaner every day. a porter to take my bags to my room no stess what so ever it had a lovley pool and a bar on site my breakfast was fresh the staff were more than helpful in every way I give them 5star for giving me a wonderfull experience ill be back next year

Our home away from home ??We come to Tropicana Beach Hotel every year, this will be our 3rd and honestly, it feels more and more like home every time we visit.The staff are absolutely amazing and genuinely go out of their way to look after us. From making sure we love our room, to saying “morning” to us every single day, it’s the little personal touches that make such a difference. Nothing ever feels too much trouble, they rememeber us every year and they always make us feel so welcome.I’ve been suffering with the flu while we’ve been here, and they even brought me a lovely lemon, mint and honey tea to help me feel better. That really sums up the care and kindness you get here, they genuinely notice and genuinely care.We’ve stayed in plenty of 5-star hotels, but honestly, we’d happily choose Tropicana over them. You simply don’t always get this level of warmth and personal service in a 5-star hotel.We love coming here, we love the people, and we love the feeling of being welcomed back every year. It really is a home from home for us.We come every year already, but after this trip we’re are making it twice a year and not even bothering with any other place or hotel. Thank you to everyone at Tropicana Beach Hotel for always looking after us and making our stays so special. Especially Esen, Yunis & Rauf x

This is our 2nd year at the Tropicana and we had a great week. Room was lovely and clean and the cleaners were great. Lovely pool area and bar. The bar staff are very friendly and speak good English. They can’t do enough for you to make your holiday special. Very hard working especially Rauf and Arif who go that extra mile with a smile on their faces. The food at the hotel Is very tasty. Easy walk to local bars and restaurants. We will be returning next year for longer !

This was our 2nd year visiting these apartments and was not disappointed. They are located across from the beach. It’s not the best of beaches more gritty than sandy but it was a nice change of scenery. Water-sports nearby too. Sun loungers for the hotel were free to use and you could have drinks etc brought to you from the bar. Rooms slightly dated but are clean and comfortable to be fair other than sleeping and showering we didn’t spend that much time on the apartment. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar staff also very friendly. Food was very good from the pool bar. Pool area was very good, nice relaxing vibe. Dolmus bus came outside the hotel so easy to get into Bodrum and cost 50tl each person per way. Would stay here again and recommend for a chilled out holiday. Quite a few people return here year after year and I can see why

This hotel is a good clean hotel. Every thing as expected apart from the upstairs restaurant which overlooks the bay is permanantly closed due to fire regulaitions This was dissapointing as we were looking forward to having a meal and watching the sunset. It should be removed from the pictures as it is no longer open.On the last day as we checked out we were billed for drinks that we didn't order. It was only four soft drinks so it was't an issue but this is not the point. It could have been a lot more. you are asked for you room number everytime you order something,we did not give our room number as we settled the bill after every meal or drink so someone has gave our room number on their order.There needs to be a system in place with wrist bands fobs that you can top up at reception and use when you order something,like a hotel in marmaris we stayed in last year.Apart from these two issues the hotel is fine and the staff are friendly.
