    Villa Rustica Hotel is located in a quiet district of Gündoğan Bodrum. We had a great stay at this hotel with my family in September for a weekend. Our room was great with all the amenities we need in a hotel. The food and breakfast was excellent.The hotel is a small luxury hotel set in beautiful gardens and with an outdoor pool, and walking distance to the private beach. We will return again. Recommended.

    The Perfect Peaceful Spot

    I can’t recommend Villa Rustica highly enough. It’s a beautifully relaxed and peaceful place with beautiful grounds, lovely rooms and a good sized pool. The grounds have banana trees, oranges, lemons, limes, pomegranates and olive trees as well as beautiful bougainvillea around the dining area. It’s an artistic place with reception doubling as an art gallery and each of the 30 rooms are individually hand painted with murals. Best of all is the warm welcome from the family who run it, led by Mustafa and his lovely wife. They’re friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was a delight with something different each day, and eating outdoors by the pool is wonderful.Our room was beautiful and clean with a large walk in shower and a lovely comfy bed. It’s not crowded, it’s quiet and restful and it’s 5 mins walk to the beach.     The location is great, the hotel is pretty, quiet and clean, the food is delicious but what you will remember the most is the kindness and hospitality of the people there.     Nice friendly hotel

    Hotel is very clean and rooms are of a good size. Small balconies overlook the pool and gardens. Large walk in showers and the usual shampoo, conditioner etc are provided.The owners live on site and were always there to greet guests and engage in conversation . All the staff were very friendly especially the lady chef who prepared wonderful breakfasts for us.The hotel is walking distance to the centre and there are many very good restaurants by the beach and shore.Although early in the season we did have dinner in the hotel one evening and the food was fine but no menu as such was available so this rather limited our choice and found prices a little high.This was also the case with drinks, no prices were advertised and I thought 22 lire for a beer was excessive, especially compared to other much higher grades of hotels we stayed in during our vacation in Turkey.     Absolutely everything about this hotel was perfect. You can pay so much more for 5 star and get less, you won't get a friendlier lovelier relaxed place to stay in this resort. The food was super, everything clean and fresh and comfortable.
